That is apparently not the way the law works - when you "invite the public in" you become a place of public accommodation with certain responsibilities like safety, health and in some cases, insurance and/or a license.Then, how is the casino exception to these smoking bans explained?
I guess they're not open to the public, have no employees, and all those other excuses that were used to implement the smoking bans.
If I were the proprietor of Joe's Bar & Grill, I would just change the name to Joe's Bar, Grill & Casino, and ignore the smoking ban.

Problems with High Fructose corn syrup; It doesn't trigger a full feeling after being eaten, it is more likely to be stored as fat rather than being used as fuel. Great if you are selling 64 oz slurpies, or liters of pop that never make you feel full and keep you buying the product.
