That is a long drop from the thousands that showed up at rallies when he was the Dem nominee...he must reeealllyy want to be president.
By the way, I wonder if Teresa was at this "rally".
I read where during the campaign, they'd be on the stage waiting throught the introductions when she'd whisper something in his ear. He would run off somewhere backstage and return with a bottle of water for her.
Imagine that, he's running for president, yet she sends him off like some errand boy for her water...scary how close this kept-man came to being the President of the United States!

He did an interview on Fox last night - he truly is looking more and more like Frankenstein. No color, eyes seem sunken into his head or perhaps his eyebrows are going south - not that looks count here, but he looks like doom and is unable to smile.
I think its a funeral that he crashed.
You will note a bunch of empty lawn chairs to the right.

I really don't know the details behind it. But even a backyard party meant to act as a political rally will involve the person holding it inviting people from far and wide. The idea with these things is to show a wide backing. And the mic in Kerry's hand indicates they were planning for a bigger crowd.
