Shootings tarnishing New Orleans' image By MARY FOSTER, Associated Press Writer 2 hours, 18 minutes ago

The headine captured my attention. I didn't think the New Orleans image could get any more tarnished.

Sounds Nawlins before Katrina - the French Quarter is another world from the rest of the city.

I know that silver tarnishes, so does copper and I think bronze. I wasn't aware that bovine feces could tarnish.

Didn't N.O. want things put back to the way they were pre-Katrina?

My Feelings exactly. I love the old, historical New Orleans, but the rest of it is corrupt beyond belief.

The village idiots shooting at rescue helicopters should have been the first clue.

Move all of the resident to Deetroit. They'll feel right at home except for the winters...
