When Heterosexuals are the Minority
PROVINCETOWN, Mass. - Heterosexuals in this overwhelmingly gay resort town on the tip of Cape Cod are complaining that the oppressed have become the oppressors...
..."The gay community is not immune to having potential prejudices. We're all human, including gay people," said Tom Lang, director of knowthyneighbor.org, a nonprofit group that supports gay marriage...

Sounds like "being themselves" reveals them as pretty nasty people.
That's why I'm screaming... It's just disgusting what some people do with gerbils...
Sounds like "being themselves" reveals them as pretty nasty people.
Sure seems that they can be pretty nasty and intimidating when they have the numbers advantage on their side.
...Tensions boiled over this year after the names and addresses of ... Massachusetts residents ... who signed a petition seeking a constitutional amendment against gay marriage were published on the knowthyneighbor Web site...
Walk around town wearing a "Yo' momma's a breeder" t-shirt.
But.. but... I thought they were all very accepting and tolerant of diversity! I'm crushed to hear this!
Just wait until we have 50 million illegals, and their offspring.
I just don't care about these things.
Until next week?
Most homos are intolerant and self-loathing. They tried to go mainstream, but their lifestle destroyed any hope they had. America is 98% heterosexual.

When heterosexuals are the minority...
...don't expect to sustain the population?
...but he's a nice guy anyway.
What I don't understand is why a heterosexual would choose to vacation somewhere that is dominated by homosexuals.
Because at one time, Provincetown was a charming Bohemian Artist colony. Our parents used to take us there when we were children, and I often visited the place.
Then, around the 1980's, the Gay population, which was always present there, seemed to reach a critical mass.
"In Your Face" attitudes began to show up more and more.
The LAST time (ever) I visited was around 1985, I saw:
1) "Look at Us!" shouted two of them, in a particular act at the Race Point Dunes, adressing a family with children.
2) One of them walking on Commercial Wharf with a rear "Rapid Access port" cut in the rear of his shorts.
To Hell with the place.
There are few groups that are more vindictive and petty than homosexuals. They suffer from some sort of sickness. It does someone no favor to pretend that something they are doing is not an illness when it clearly is.
A floor supervisor "James" - at a department store I worked at was openly gay. He was one of the rudest, most arrogant people I have ever met - though he was nice to me for some reason. He was really nasty to customers! Still works there. I guess they won't fire him because they're afraid he might try to sue them for 'discrimination' - never mind that he's a liability to the store! In contrast, they fired a wonderful, talented young woman last year who worked well with customers and got along with everybody - on top of doing a wonderful job. Rumor has it that the manager - a woman - was jealous of her looks, her talent, and her popularity with the other employees.
They also hired a gay man to work in the makeup dept.
lol!
Anyone with any real exposure to the gay culture - the "gay lifestyle" - knows how untrue that mythology really is. And gays don't want to just sit quietly at home and do their disgusting stuff - they want to make sure that everybody sees and admires and accepts what they do. As the article illuminates, they despise "straights" and once in the majority, they make it more obvious.
It's a mental disease, pure and simple - but we're far too enlightened to face this situation as the epidemic that it really is.
Well, to be fair, not all of them. We know a couple of "Old Fairies" (Their term) who are just like any other couple, mind their own business, and do not bother people, nor want to be bothered by people.
It's the younger militants that think being "Out" is such a big deal and political statement. Were they not "In Your Face", they would not disturb me at all.
We also know a lesbian couple who do not bother anyone, thougn they do get cranked up when discussing "MiddleClassWhiteMen", forgetting that I am there.
The part that differentiates us from the militants is that I do not collar strangers in public and shout "I am HETEROSEXUAL!! Get USED TO IT".
Why?
Because:
1) It's rude.
2) Its stupid.
2) No one cares.
13 years ago we lived in Hilton Head, it was a family apartment/condo complex. We'd sit in front of my friends place and let the kids play, well she had lesbians that lived across from her. If they were around they would purposely come outside and be all over eachother. The first time we asked them to take it inside, it was gross, it would have been gross it it were a straight couple as well. Words were exchanged and they screamed that we were breeders. They'd do it periodically just to taunt us, gosh how we wanted to beat their butts!!!
I and my family have been vacationing in Truro every year for more than 20 years. Truro is about a five minute drive (or a lovely 20 minute walk) to Provincetown Center.
It is a spectacular location, with breathtaking views of Cape Cod Bay (one of the few places on the East Coast where you can see the sun set over the water), and the most magnificently breathtaking ocean beaches (huge cliff-like dunes and NO public amenities) anywhere.
True, Provincetown is a gay freak show, but it is still a neat place to spend a couple of hours -- interesting shops (no chain stores), lots of freaks to look at and a large climbing monument that affords great views of the whole area.
We stay at a motel right on the Cape Cod Bay beach outside of Provincetown. The room opens on a little private beach area, where the guests can dig a pit and make fires, cook dinner and roast marshmallows at night.
Really, spending a week there is an amazing restorative for the soul.
Not to mention the great fishing, boating and whale watching opportunities.

Hey, I was stationed at Camp Lejeune 1975- 1978!
Was over at Courthouse Bay with 2nd Amtrac Bn (renamed to 2nd Amphibian Assault Bn). Nice to see in pictures as of late they have over the years upgraded those P7 Amtracs (Amphibian Tractors).
It's when the door comes off the closet and a larger enclave of homosexual activity becomes the predominant local culture that things rapidly go downhill...
People that think that it's just harmless weirdness haven't visited those enclaves long enough to see what really happens in the parks, in the public bathrooms, on the buses, etc. The liberals even want this craziness to go on in the military services, the Boy Scouts, and everyplace else!
I reiterate: it's a mental disease and trying to push it on us all as "normal" isn't doing anybody any favors.
Where is the ACLU? Someone needs to call them so they can stand up for the heteros.
Doesn't PETA condemn the gerbil practices?
LOL!
When does the tolerance end?
I thought I might do my part
When does the tolerance end?

I was accused of bigotry too when I said I would never expose my children to that agenda. When one woman said, "That sounds like gay bashing," I shrugged and said, "You can call it whatever you like."
At a town meeting, the Rev. Brenda Hayward, a black woman who lives in Provincetown, said tourists and residents alike have called her the "n-word."
This idea that gay people are so "tolerant" of others is a crock. The slur the reverend above says is used against her is the very slur used against my family when I was leaving the conversation above. They can be mean, nasty people.
Think for a minute how do we determine who is gay and who is not?
Unlike ethnicity or gender, you can't physically determine is someone is gay or not.
The barometer is simple really, its based on the conduct of the individual. If someone commits homosexual acts, then they are gay.
"One's sexual conduct is the product of free will and not an immutable, morally neutral characteristic such as ethnicity or gender. Even if sexual orientation were genetically predetermined, for which the evidence is indeterminate, the capacity for free choice in terms of behavior remains."
Of course, if you noticed, "being yourself" does not include being straight or white.
I'm beginning to believe that Sodom and Gammorah, by comparison to today, were relatively tame.
I'm sick of it, too, and just as amazed. And I just came across another person making the same comparison right here. This was the story about a member on the Board of Fire Engineers in a Massachusetts town accusing another member, seeking reappointment, of bigotry:
Paul Asher-Best is certainly not repentant. "To me, it reminds me of when back in the bad old days when a black man even looking a white man in the eye was an offense. I feel like this 'uppity f------' had the nerve to look a straight guy in the eye and ask him to explain himself. If the issue is interracial marriage, would questioning him on attitudes toward black people be so out of line?"
What a crock! The man's signature along with others on an anti-gay marriage petition was published on a gay activist website. They talk about McCarthyism - here they are, putting lists of signatures on a website so others can harrass the people who signed. Back in the 50's, people were chasing commies. Now they're chasing "bigots," and the term has been so completely distorted.
I never cared what other consenting adults did together in privacy. This "in your face" stuff has pushed me over the edge now... lol.
Agree with you that there are wrongs everywhere. All are sinners. I just won't pretend that homosexuality is normal. It does them no favors to tell them otherwise. It may be curable, now or in the future.
