What the World Thinks of America is an in-depth look at today's central issue in international affairs.

Ten broadcast networks from around the world have contributed in an international first: journalists from each nation have collaborated to bring you essays and discussion about their country's 21st century relationship with the United States. I love to read letters to the editor in foreign newspapers. Rarely are there any letters about the U.S. Most people here and around the world are concerned with local things. They care about crime, health care, quality of education, local politics, taxes, religion, etc. Usually the same things that we are concerned about in our daily lives. The only obsession that I have noticed seems to be on the part of journalists. They are devoid any creativity. They seem to be unable to write opinions about anything that doesn't include the U.S. They're pathetic, small minded little creatures with a total fixation on U.S.
