How much grease does McDonalds, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, Crispy Cream and KFC dispose of in a week?

All can be converted into Bio-Diesel.

Actually, there are several companies that specialize in collecting and recycling restaurant deep fry grease.

Not as much as you think. It is filtered and reused.

I worked at wendys when i was in high school we were lucky to fill up two 55 gallon drums a month, and after that volume was processed it would probably have 25-50% waste that couldn't be used for powering a vehicle.
