I agree the UN types are trying to put chains on everyone.Luckily, he could move to my state and he would not be given any trouble for the time being. I bet even Europe still has a countries which would not give him such grief. The thing is, trying to control everyone at once is a foolish task. The one world types depend on local governments to enforce their dreams(our nightmares). Fortunately from time to time good people end up in control of local governments. The towns and governments which have been corrupted must be abandoned.

>>>Muslim nations need not comply?

Oh please. There are Muslims that signed on with the Earth Charter. The 'Abus', 'Sheiks', 'King Looney Tunes' that make the rules are as corrupt as the non muslim King Looney Tunes.

Yet more evidence for socio-fascist Europe's decline. If those people had protected their right to bear arms, a revolution would fix this.

Check your state/board of ed school sites to see if your schools are on the subsidized food grants issued by the USDA.

If they are....you ARE on this list.

Thanks for the ping.

One of the biggest benefits of HS that I have found is simply the amount of time my kids spend with me. The other day I went to a business breakfast and had no choice but to take them with me. I seated them at a nearby table, ordered plenty of food, and they were awesome! The other women commented how their kids would never have been so quiet and well-behaved. My kids are 4 and 7. I think one of the reasons for their behavior is simply that I am always around to teach, correct, and model. In public school they would be getting all that from their peers.

Re: this article. I believe there will come a time when homeschooling in America won't be so easy. Here in Arizona we have an optimal HS atmosphere; we're lucky. I'm thankful for the HSLDA for not only getting in the trenches and fighting for HS rights but looking ahead for potential infringement on our HS rights.

Are they going after any islam-a-nazi homeschools?

I would rather raise my child isolated from indoctrination (in evil) AND all other children, than expose them to indoctrination (in evil).

Unless you pull your kids out of public schools and make other plans for their education (and even sans all the liberal crap taught would still be a rotten education compared to years ago,) you'll have to spend the time to teach your kids to "read between the lines."

I learned to read before I entered first grade. In retrospect, that saved me from being slowly brainwashed, and my real education from school was the study of hypocracy and the lower elements of human nature.

Kudos to you for homeschooling!

Socialization is more than just learning how to hang with kids your own age. It's about teaching kids how to behave in many different social situations, including the ability to sit still for a little while around adults. HS kids excel at being able to socialize with other kids of all ages.

What do about physical activity and in particularly team sports?

I can see where you have an extended family and friends network that it works fine as I said previously but thinking of my own family I would have been even more isolated.

My father was an only child my mother had one sister who if she saw twice a year that was a lot. My parents friends did not have any children either grown or never had and they lived 20 - 30 miles away.

I would have ended up seeing one other person my age once or twice a week and no sporting activity which would not have bothered me as I tried everything to get out of doing it until our school had a trampoline and then I always tried to get them for PE.

The concept of home schooling I am in favour of as long as you have the network or can plug into the network easily.

I often think that fact that I had no brothers and sisters and the only children I spent time with out of school were not really of my choice gave me really no real desire to have children of my own or really be able to interact easily with children even to today. I have even done children outreach etc but often unless a child latches onto me find it difficult. Though I thorough enjoy and appreciate and love watching children and in my own way love them and wish I could interact more. My "friends" either were from church or my parents organised that children in our street visited or I went with them. We owned a shop and our cleaner lived in the same street so often they would arrange for me to go round with her and her children especially in the summer holidays. I feel this is factor in my interaction with children throughout my life.

Our tax dollars pay for the UN's cancerous attacks on our freedoms. Are we so completely clueless that we will buy the rope that hangs us?
