Good morning....will the CBC be televizing the court appearances today? Is there a link to their feed?

The court proceedings aren't live on the CBC, or anywhere else as far as I know. Lawyers are inside and outside the courts, trying for delays, and spelling out their names for reporters, etc. It's early going. One lawyer didn't like our Prime Minister's comment that he was glad the accused were caught before they harmed anybody. That showed bias against the lawyer's client, according to the lawyer.

CBC Newsworld is feeding us the latest, almost constantly, as things develop. Google Newsworld, CBC's cable channel.

We have to talk to them and have Dr. Phil talk to them and maybe have an appearance on Oprah to talk about their childhood experiences and how they too can be a winner and lose weight but still take time out of their busy schedule to be be devout and write a book about it all. They can be on the new Bruce Springsteen CD with Neil Young rocking with the Dixie Chicks, with photo ops and Cindy and Michael singing, "Come on people now Love one another, everybody... etc. Yes, hanging would be too good for them!

Not quite sure if this is a ping or not, but basically the judge has held most of the accused in jail until June 12 (Monday). More time is needed for the lawyers to do their paperwork, etc. This is normal in big cases.

The popular media, for the rest of the day, has basically been rehashing all the process and rumours that have been floating around since the beginning. Generally, late at night, serious (well connected) journalists start talking and that's when I start listening again.

My sense is that our security people are all over this, and well ahead of anything I can say. I haven't seen much vis-a-vis the USA. It's mostly other countries.
