Even the moonbats at Salon.com don't buy it.

RFK Jr. could do much more for his causes by supporting the CAPE WIND project instead of re-hashing this "election was stolen" garbage.

It's a great article, but I don't buy the argument that the minorities were the primary victims of long lines. Close to 120 million people voted in that election. The lines at my polling place in Atlanta were so long that I waited five hours to vote.

Earlier on CNN, RFK's accusations were a major discussions and the banner said "Developing Story".

I guess they were hoping something would come of it.

If only someone with Kennedy's stature would outline this need.

With Kennedy's stature? Can Mickey Rooney still form sentences? Gag me with a bent spoon. I tune into Air America on Saturdays sometimes just to listen to RFK, III and his addled mind and sandpaper/Parkinson's/post heroin addiction vocalization. He's a drooling moron.

Sad to say ....but the Kennedy family has suffered too few losses.....

There are still a number of Kennedys wasting oxygen....

I did not read the whole article, but I'll read it later. I will say, though, that while I was volunteering out the Supervisor of Elections in Jacksonville, FL in November 2004 all I saw was:

Kerry thugs trying to tell us (BC-04 supporters) to get lost, to the extent of near-physical showdowns. Favorite quote, "Get outta here wit yo Bush*t!"

Attorneys from the NAACP who showed up to "document disenfranchisement," and if you can imagine them leaving quietly, they did. They did not find what they had HOPED for.

Corrine Brown was out there, amongst the voters, then got so close to the entrance of the polling place she might as well have gone in...maybe she did, I got bombarded and can't recall now. Volunteers had handed out "Corrine's Picks" so that voters, who they obviously think need to be spoon-fed, could vote her way. Her mere presence/talking danced close to that line of campaigning inside that boundary where no campaigning could occur.

Bottom line: The ONLY people who got disenfranchised or cheated at the polls at the Jacksonville Supervisor of Elections were Bush supporters. It was so bad that Bush-voters felt the need to whisper their appreciation for our presence with one lady even telling me when I offered her a bumper sticker, "If I put that thing on my car, my bumper would be trashed by tomorrow." And she was right.

Bush won fair and square, even a left wing site like Salon agrees. Democrats need to stop bellyaching and face the facts, the American people rejected their nominee and their party. Get over it and stop whining willya?

As I recall, Michael Moore had dispatched camera crews all over the place to document the "disenfranchisement." Haven't heard much about that since.

The easiest way to lose the next election is to spend two years griping about the last one.

I've always had a grudging respect for Joseph Kennedy Sr. and Rose. But each generation of Kennedys that follow after the patriarch seem to get increasingly dysfunctional and loony.

Heh! I forgot about that. And Fatso has nothing to show for it either. God, I wish I had had a video camera to capture the abuse/intimidation, no exaggeration, that I witnessed at the hands of the Kerry Thugs. Now THAT would have made a great film.

Geez it sure would be nice to be rich enough to sit around and hire people to research some foolishness to fit my favorite conspiracy theory...

Hey, why doesn't he start asking who was behind Sirhan Sirhan and leave us all alone?

Geez.. there was nobody in line at my precinct in downtown Cincinnati at 4pm... Then again, it was in Church, so maybe Democrat voters found that intimidating.

I hope this is a glimpse of a waking up of the left but it probably isn't. Too many behave like spoiled children sucking their thumbs which are why they will yet again come in last in this next election. They may pick up a few seats but they are going to lose seats in places they think are secure. My biggest miscalculation on the series of recent events is how long it has taken for Saddam Hussein to be wrapped up but then again the final formation of the new Iraqi government is a pleasant though belated event. Also the immigration issue is tapping a lot of steam that the left was hoping would tip this election. The net result is that the public is not pleased with either party but it is clear the general public doesn't trust Democrats to better handle immigration or national security. This leaves the door open for the GOP if they can get their act together and quit sending mixed messages. They need to keep in mind one idea "Speak clearly and don't mince words!”.

The President has gotten himself into a series of doldrums trying to split the difference on immigration and other issues. He doesn't need to emphasize how valuable immigrants are, we all know that.
He also needs to spend a little more time defending our soldiers in the face of accusations. No one can blame him if they are found guilty but he should defend them till that point because they are OUR soldiers and should be given the benefit of the doubt in the face of a hateful enemy and circumstances that don't allow second guessing. That is where I'm disappointed with the President. I just don't think he gets it, the left and the international world isn't going to give him a break no matter what he does. He needs show a little unscripted passion where are soldiers and our interests are concerned. Letting himself get beaten up by cowards and liberal politicians is unbecoming and is frankly getting a little embarrassing to watch. I think he is doing better of late but I want to hear him speak like a leader not like a negoitator parsing words in an attempt to sway those who are the essence of rigidity.
