He should have testified in his behalf then.

Agreed! Remind me not to count on Bin Laden when I'm in need.

I sure hope there were at least SOME clues in the background to analyze.

It is also smart if binny-boy were dead....which he is. move on nothing to see here.

Yep, just as is Zarqawi, Zawahiri, Mullah Omar, J. Haqqani, G.Hekmatyar and several other HVTs our warriors are risking their lives hunting 24/7.

Nope. Each of these SOB's are still alive and eking out their survivals....but we'll put guns on each of them some day or night down the road.

We are systematically and deliberately hunting each one of these POS down....at great risk to the lives of our warriors leading these efforts.

I swear to Allah, that the feds should start checking Dunkin Donuts shops in Brooklyn and they might just find Binny . He's way to much of a smart ass to be sitting on some rocks in Pakistan pooping in his hat.

Dang, you beat me too it. He could of come over here and testified to this in the trial. He could have stood up and said, "I did not send this guy" And then we could have arrested his sorry hide. Right? right!/sarcasm.

I actually believe him. Well no, not really. I never believed he was involved in this particular homicide to begin with here.

The terrorists are nuts, but a certain type of nuts. They are organized, focused. This guy is a raving lunatic. They wouldn't trust his crazy ass to be one of the 19. He is too crazy to kill himself. Weird, but that's my belief.

...a bit late, Osama, but tell you what we're a-gonna do:

If you will come here and testify on ol' Moss-head's behalf, we'll re-convene the jury...

(...and the firing squad...)

But have we not seen the Z-boys and mullah O via video?

I just can't believe the best binny-boy could do to promote his f'd up cause is a scratch layden, not positively verified audio tape. If he was worried about background clues, why not a close up with a white sheet for a background?

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/12691319/

Convicted Sept. 11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui says he lied on the witness stand about being involved in the plot and wants to withdraw his guilty plea because he now believes he can get a fair trial from an American jury.

U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema denied Moussaoui’s request Monday afternoon, saying the motion was “too late.”

In a motion filed Friday but released Monday, Moussaoui said he testified on March 27 that he was supposed to hijack a fifth plane on Sept. 11, 2001, and fly it into the White House “even though I knew that was a complete fabrication.

So Moussaoui admits to involvement, then recants his admission, then Bin Laden says he wasn't involved.
I'm so confused...

From the AP via Canoe.ca. I think it explains the audiotape vs. videotape issue - Al Qaeda transmitted the audiotape with a still picture of Osama:

Osama Bin Laden says Moussaoui had nothing to do with Sept. 11 attacks

CAIRO, Egypt (AP) - A voice purported to be Osama bin Laden said Zacarias Moussaoui, the only person convicted in the United States for the Sept. 11 attacks, had nothing to do with the al-Qaida operation, according to an audiotape released on the Internet Tuesday.

"He had no connection at all with Sept. 11," said the voice on the tape, which has yet to be authenticated.

"I am the one in charge of the 19 brothers and I never assigned brother Zacarias to be with them in that mission," the voice said, referring to the 19 hijackers on Sept. 11, 2001.

The speaker said Moussaoui's confession that he helped plan the attacks was "void," calling it the result of "pressures exercised against him during 4 1/2 years" in U.S. prison.

Two U.S. counterterrorism officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said U.S. intelligence is aware of the message. One of the officials said there is no reason to doubt its authenticity.

That official said the message is part of bin Laden's continuing effort to demonstrate he is a relevant extremist leader, who is knowledgeable of current events. The official said the message was made for propaganda purposes, and it does not contain any threats.

The audio message, which is less than five minutes long, was transmitted with a still photo of bin Laden.

Moussaoui, 37, a Frenchman and admitted al-Qaida member, was sentenced to life in prison earlier this month after a jury ruled that he was responsible for at least one death on Sept. 11.

If authentic, the tape would be the third by bin Laden this year. In a tape aired on Arab television in March, he denounced the United States and Europe for cutting off funds to the Hamas-led Palestinian government, accusing them of leading a "Zionist" war on Islam, and urged followers to fight any UN peacekeeping force in Sudan.

In January, bin Laden said in an audiotape that al-Qaida was preparing new attacks in the United States but offered a truce. His lieutenant Ayman al-Zawahri later issued a video saying Washington had refused to take the offer.

No, there hasn't been one video of Mullah Omar in the past several years.....and the first video showing Zarqawi in Iraq was released a couple weeks ago (and only then because our SOF had recovered a copy of this video several days prior in a raid.....and Zarqawi knew we had it).

Regarding UBL he has put out a few video's (the last one just prior to the 04 elections...in which a number of specific current events were mentioned).

But putting out videos is neither here nor there in terms of UBL being alive. He most certainly is and everyone from the NCO's hunting his as$ to the CIC are aware of this fact (and have been since mid 2002).

Again, the fact remains because of the region of the world in which UBL has eked out his survival (along with Zawahiri) the variable of "time" was on his side in the short run (to avoid capture / stay alive).....that tide is now turning in our favor.

Over the last 4 years we have put the time and spilled the blood to put us in better position of encircling his sorry as$ and finally putting guns on him.....which we will.

Lastly UBL is much more concerned with staying alive then with putting out propoganda videos.....(and he was never one to put out many videos to begin with...that is simply a myth....just as is him supposedly have a severe kidney disease....which was a myth debunked by OGAs back in the late 90's).

If Moussaoui had been acquitted, bin Laden would have said he was the ring leader.

I guess I'm the last person standing who firmly believes Binny is dead.....and has been for a long time.

Everytime he or his mummy cuts a tape, the experts solemnly pronounce the authenticity of his voice. I believe we're experiencing an ongoing hoax......a hoax being perpetrated by the USA and the British highest command levels.

I can think of several good, nay, excellent reasons why the world, especially the enemy should believe that we believe Bin Laden is alive and performing his stand-up monologues in the flesh.

I believe he bit the sand long ago in the stupendous bombing attacks on the camps and caves at Bora Bora (or however you spell the name of the town).

This is my story and I'm sticking to it.
