President Jimmy Carter's former UFO guru, Alfred Webre, is still promoting the quest for extraterrestrials – now suggesting it is a matter of spiritual life and death for humanity.
In his new book, "Exopolitics – Politics, Government and Law in the Universe," he concludes that Earth has been "under quarantine" too long from more spiritually evolved "Off-Planet Cultures" – or OPCs, as they are known in ET circles.
Webre has also devised a new SDI plan – but it has little to do with the Strategic Defense Initiative invented by Carter's successor in the White House. This SDI is the "Star Dreams Initiative."
Webre believes that humanity can help leave a legacy of peace and hope to future generations by taking specific steps to end the self-imposed embargo of the planet.
Webre's views have received the support of prominent individuals besides the former president and peanut farmer from Georgia. Paul Hellyer, former defense minister of Canada, is one fan. Another is Bryan O'Leary, former NASA astronaut.
"Much of this book rings true," writes O'Leary. "Certainly, our civilization cannot go on as we have. We will need all the help we can get to lift ourselves out of tyranny, genocide, and ecocide. So why not reach out toward those who are clearly more wise?"
Webre, who has given exopolitics presentations around the world, will give his next May 6 in British Columbia following the debut of a new version of "Star Dreams," a Robert Nichol's feature film about crop circles.
The controversial documentary explains that there have been almost 11,000 recorded crop circles worldwide since 1980, many of them baffling prominent scientists.
Webre's SDI program was prepared through his work as futurist at Stanford Research Institute and as a result of Carter's interest in the subject after he saw a UFO in 1969.
"The goal of the 1977 project was to fill the knowledge gap on this subject but was terminated because of the political climate at the time," explains Webre.
Webre also says that Robert Nichol's film on crop circles will help prepare people's mindset for what he will be revealing after the film during his presentation.
Nichol's updated documentary includes new interviews with researchers such as an investigative reporter, a Native American artist, and a former NASA consultant. The featured "investigative reporter" is Emmy Award-winning TV producer Linda Moulton Howe. She explains that some crop circles in the U.S. have been worth studying because they show biochemical and biophysical changes that cannot be made by hoaxers using boards and strings.
During his film interview, Native American artist Rod Bearcloud focuses on the spiritual meaning of crop circles. He believes that they are sent to us by the "Star Nation people," known in our western culture as extraterrestrials.
In the film, Richard Hoagland, a frequent guest on the late-night talk-show circuit, claims evidence of an ancient civilization on planet Mars has been concealed by NASA. Hoagland was a former consultant to NASA and a science advisor to Walter Cronkite of CBS News during the historic Apollo Missions to the Moon.
Nichol concludes only a minority of crop circles are hoaxed. He explains that skeptics often ignore the more complex formations with anomalies that defy our current scientific understanding.

I was watching a documentary just a week ago. It is incredible how much technology and how advance those aliens are. I think the documentary was called Star Trek. But we need to be careful, not all aliens are friendly.
But until aliens land on the planet, step off their ship and say "You people are freaking morons who need to clean up your act before you destroy yourselves", UFO believers are "just another bunch of loons."
There simply is no objective proof. Period.

| I made my first crop circle in 1991. My motive was to prove how easy they were to create, because I was convinced that all crop circles were man-made. It was the only explanation nobody seemed interested in testing. Late one August night, with one accomplice-my brother-in-law from Texas-I stepped into a field of nearly ripe wheat in northern England, anchored a rope into the ground with a spike and began walking in a circle with the rope held near the ground. It did not work very well: the rope rode up over the plants. But with a bit of help from our feet to hold down the rope, we soon had a respectable circle of flattened wheat. Two days later there was an excited call to the authorities from the local farmer: I had fooled my first victim. I subsequently made two more crop circles using far superior techniques. A light garden roller, designed to be filled with water, proved helpful. Next, I hit on the "plank walking" technique that was used by the original circle makers, Doug Bower and the late Dave Chorley, who started it all in 1978. It's done by pushing down the crop with a plank suspended from two ropes. To render the depression circular is a simple matter of keeping an anchored rope taut. I soon found that I could make a sophisticated pattern with very neat edges in less than an hour.... |

The discovery channel had a show on crop circles. They filmed the guys creating it then brought in the "experts." I use the term "expert" very loosely. Loonies would be a better description. Anyway, each of the experts were able to detect signs of alien or other powerful influences at work. They felt "energies" that were so subtle that only enlightened people could feel them.
Wellllllllll, considering that ET's are slated to play a key role in the end times . . . I used to hypothesize (about 1962-1970 or so) that they'd somehow try to explain away Christ and His deity with possibly some holographic ostensible 'proof' explaining away His miracles etc. Then along about 1970 (as best as I can recall), a diversity of sources started relating that the ET's would certainly do that--that they had created man and all the religious leaders throughout recorded history--for 'social control.'
THE GREAT DECEPTION The Bible speaks of may well be just that.
Certainly the UFO/ET technologies are held in reserve toward their being used to heavy handedly coerce the world's citizens into the looming global government.
A diversity of sources have insisted for decades that there are 3-4 DIFFERENT energy solutions that would essentially provide close to free energy in house-hold and auto units. But that would not reap the great windfall profits the puppet masters need developing and keeping secret such technologies and for setting up the global government. More critically from their evil stand point--such units would destroy the CENTRALIZED CONTROL that current energy infrastructures afford.

I'm on page 73 of 377 pages. It's probably the most thorough summary of the whole phenomenon of the more than approximately 100 books I've read on the topic.
I suspect he will end up asserting that all ET's are fallen angels and/or demons in bio-engineered living-robot suits.
He may well be right on that score though I also would not be surprised if SOME of the 90-200 ET races evidently observing/dinking around with earth are bona fide off planet races also Created by Almighty God but in cahoots with the chief fallen angel satan--the character The Bible asserts is scheduled to rule the looming global government incarnated as the AC.
Christ said Beleivers were to rule and reign with Him--evidently throughout countless ages and endless galaxies/multiverses. Wouldn't surprise me if some of such were already created and waiting new overseers trained in this earthly bootcamp about ruling in humility and Christ-like Love.
I recently attended the Aztec UFO 2006 Conference with Stanton Friedman and Linda Moulton Howe as well as 8 other experts. I was surprised by the quality of the presentations and discussions.
Linda Moulton Howe was furious. I checked out with her the rumor that something awful was coming in 2012. A high ranking government economic expert was cited in one rumor as saying that the powers that be are trying to cobble together, hold together the world's economics etc. until 2012. When asked what was coming in 2012, he insisted extremely coldly and startlingly that "YOU DO !!!!NOT!!!! WANT to know." Linda Moulton Howe essentially said the same thing in the same tone.
In the last year or two, a number of well informed sources have started saying that they did not believe the truth would EVER be revealed.
There had been some hope because the DISCLOSURE PROJECT of Dr Steven Greer has more than 400 documented, videoed etc. high ranking and other experts going on record revealing bits of the truth and ready to reveal more IF they can get Congressional immunity from secrets legislation punishments. And, some have been expecting that the ET's themselves might 'out' themselves.
But the latest 'no way' arguments assert that the powers that be are super scared that if it comes out, it would be all their heads for the botched job they've done with it all. Particularly alarming has been the more recent increasing evidence/proof that it's not only cattle and other critter mutilations . . . but human mutilations that are involved.
These are mutilations where rectums, genitals, half a jaw, an eyeball, 100% of every drop of blood are all removed from humans WHILE THE HUMANS ARE ALIVE AND CONSCIOUS (as long as possible)--all with evidently laser precision still difficult to impossible for humans to match.
Understandably, the humans complicit with the ET critters are not eager to have the populace of the world come down hard on them for such goings on.
But I think the more key issue is that the globalist puppet masters are determined to maintain their death grip control over the exotic technologies obtained from the ET's.

It's a bit ungainly to navigate with fairly cluttered graphics cues etc. But the info available is massive. It's probably the closest thing to FR in that field, on the net. But it makes you all the more thankful for John Robinson's excellent software. I tried to interest them in buying John's software but they are not willing to go through the trials and efforts of such a change AGAIN even if it were given to them, free.

BTW, in terms of the bona fide crop circles, Linda Moulton Howe's book on the topic, CROP CIRCLES, is quite good. It documents the extensive differences between bona fide crop circles and the hoaxed ones. Some of the differences have been experimentally verified with soil as well as plants.

The detail and precision of the more massive and complex crop circles appear to be quite beyond the skills of hoaxers. And, the time taken to create them appears to be too short for hoaxers to be able to manage.
Also, there's the many different scientifically verified distinctions between the plants and the soil in bona fide crop circles vs hoaxed ones. See Linda Moulton Howe's book on that score. Her website might have some bits available publically.

Oh, yes, I know the one you're talking about! I saw it too. It was the one with 3 or 4 experienced-crop-circle- making Brits, each with a board looped with a thick rope, and graph paper, etc. In a few hours, under the cover of darkness (the film was shot using "night vision" tech.) they produced an extraordinarily complex crop circle.

Haven't followed him that closely recently. I had heard there were a few prophecies about such from someone.
Have been real annoyed with the Christian prophetic in general after the January disconnect. Though--to be fair--prayer may have changed things.

I used to think that this was all harmless without any convincing proof. Then a neighbor who had an apalling history of UFO sightings and abductions sought counsel. She was reading the Bible for the first time, having lived as an aethist for 70 years. In the middle of a battle of opposing forces, I urged baptism. She was baptised, and I concluded that the UFO phenomenon is a demonic lie, promoting heretical cosmology. I spent the next month in hospitals, perhaps as a revenge.

Certainly there are some significant similarities between abductions and other demonic phenomena.
I do not necessarily believe that, therefore, abductions have no objective reality.
People are implanted with curious implants during abductions.
People do return to their beds with "scoop marks;" babies missing from the womb that they went to bed with; their clothes on inside out; upside down in the bed to normal; on the floor instead of in bed; etc.
However, there are successful strategies to prevent abductions. INSTANT fierce anger and INSTANT fierce praying in tongues both appear to prevent abudctions.
But, to work, either one or both MUST begin at the first HINT of an abduction starting--otherwise, the paralysis sets in and one is helpless and immobile.

You know, the whole UFO topic is easy to laugh at. The debunkers have debunked a large percentage of the sightings. Yet, there's still that one percent; seen by some highly qualified people whose word is beyond question, it does make me wonder.
How likely is it that we are the only intelligent life in the universe? If there are hundreds of billions of planets as some scientists project, might not one of them be millions of years ahead of us in technology?
Could those beings come here?
