I believe that the next terrorist attacks could very well occur on our campuses. Middle Eastern students blend in, security is lax, and there are sometimes classrooms and auditoriums that can hold up to 1,000 students, perfect for a potential hostage situation.
I dunno. Why would terrorists attack their biggest supporters?
They don't care who dies as long as they kill someone.
They blow up their own all the time.
I agree. It is like claiming those against the port sale were afraid of them blowing up the ports. They would use the ports to get into the USA to attack else where in the country and they would use universities to gain knowledge to use else where.
I would have thought they would go for university positions.
Good thing the Democrats didn't manage to kill the terrorist surveillance program, or we wouldn't know about this.
But UNC Chapel Hill does not have Muslim Terrorists!
The universities need only worry about criminal acts unrelated to Islam, as was the case with UNC-CH!
CNN said so!!!!!!!!!
Some of the people in Middle Eastern Studies departments almost certainly have terrorist connections. The last Edward Said was only the most prominent, then there's that fellow down in Florida.
As for killing students or blowing up colleges, it's not unlikely. What about that fellow at Chapel Hill? America's secular leftists are highly supportive of the terrorists, but that doesn't mean that Muslim fanatics like secular leftists in return, except as temporary allies of convenience.
Because they are likely unarmed, sheep, and passive.
For example, given your choice of hostages, would you pick:
A. NASCAR crowd;
B. Rodeo tractor pull;
C. Random movie theatre in Texas where several members of the audience surely have a CCP;
C. A bunch of unarmed thin-knecked liberals who probably will get Stocholm Sydrome because they are 90% in your corner already?
Sorry change second "C" to "D"
Satan's instructions to Mohammed are quite clear:
The Koran orders Muslims to kill any who oppose Islam (to include other Muslims who are "cooperating" with non-Muslims).
You are right.
Hostages at Yale would probably praise Islamic Terrorism while simultaneously denouncing US efforts to rescue them.
It is apparent with their tolerance / acceptance of a woman-beating, 9-11 supporting scumbag like Hashemi.
They will meet their Karma soon enough.
To steal a play from the gun control book... just ban all universities. They are obviously too dangerous to have around.
Wasn't it Yale who let that terrorist supporter in to its college. If handgun manufacturers can be held liable, why can't we get together and sue colleges that teach terrorists deadly skills.
They are spreading deadly knowledge to people who may be killers. The case should be much stronger than the cases against gun makers. At the very least it could be so costly to colleges that they pay much more attention to who they let in. Also, it can put a spotlight of public attention to a sickening situation. They would have to spend their time on the defense rather than brainwashing individuals.
