I'm okay -- my doctor is as tired of the chronic sinusitis as I am; he wanted to try (and I said yes) giving me a vaccination to protect against the pneumonia germies that can cause chronic sinusitis in the chance it might get to the root. Also am back on Cipro but he wants me to stay on it for longer term than usual. He did this before with Tetracycline and it did keep the infections away but then I couldn't take Tetra any longer. Also will use saline spray to irrigate my sinuses -- I hate doing it but they need it. And of course, will continue the horseradish-lemon treatment.

This cold I have had twice now, is one that has me coughing up phlegm and switches from one side of my head to the other, and makes that sides eye water uncontrollably.

I wonder if this version of the "Cold" is what led up to my Cousin getting Phenomena?... This has been one bad arse cold for sure

That really sounds uncomfortable! Because I sing in Church so much, I'm always trying to avoid anything related to sore throats or coughs. Breathing deeply and coughing, though, will help lessen the risk of pneumonia - so I've been told.

I saw your post at the end of yesterday's Dose thread, and I also posted that I had a "pneumonia shot" about 3 years ago. I really think it's done a lot of good. I've had sinus problems since I was a very small kid so I know what you're going through. Hope it helps you.

Once I lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks with a very bad sinusitis. I didn't want to even look at food, and by the time I went back to work my clothes didn't fit! It was the only bright spot in that whole time but I didn't want to lose weight THAT way! lol

Gretchen....HAPPY DAY.....LOVE the PICS! Hope he makes it back to Charlotte again....since I might ACTUALLY FINALLY get to SEE THE President (we MIGHT have to spend a year or so there....) He never comes to the West Coast....wwaaahhhh.
