JAYNA DAVIS - why won't Rohrbacher bring my video interviews before his committee in closed session?
Jayna Davis phone call ^ | 4-3-06 | Doug from Upland

ROHRBACHER DEMANDING NEW PROBE OF OKC

Jayna Davis and I had an interesting phone conversation this morning. She is still waiting for a plane ticket to D.C. and an invitation to testify about the OKC bombing. Neither has been forthcoming.

Is it good news that Rep. Dana Rohrbacher (R-CA) is demanding a new probe of the OKC bombing? Maybe. But is it going to really get to the truth about the Middle Eastern connection to OKC? Maybe not.

Last year, David Schippers, famous for prosecuting both the Chicago mob and William Jefferson Blythe Clinton, flew to OKC to meet Jayna and her witnesses. Dave spent 12 hours grilling 14 of them on camera.

When he was finished, he told Jayna that, with just three of them, he would get a federal indictment of Hussain al-Hussaini in one day. FBI agent Dan Vogel told her he could do the same -- with one of her witnesses. That is how credible they were.

So why, Congressman Rohrbacher, did you tell Jayna that the committee has no budget to fly her to Washington, D.C.? What is the problem? Are we finally going to get the truth or is this grandstanding?

Andreas Carl Strassmeier has six witnesses saying that he was building a fence at the time of the bombing. He couldn't have been with McVeigh. Of 1100 fingerprints tied to the crime scene, none are Strassmeier's. Not one of 30,000 witnesses ties Strassmeier to the crime.

Here is a question for you, Congressman. Well, actually seven questions. Ten months ago, Jayna gave these to you in writing and still is waiting for the answers.

1. Why has the Justice Department/FBI not issued an official on-the-record statement exonerating Hussain Al-Hussaini of complicity in the Oklahoma City bombing? Has the DOJ provided Congress with Hussain Al-Hussaini’s whereabouts for the critical hours of the morning of April 19, 1995?

2. Why did the FBI never question Hussain Al-Hussaini about the bombing?

3. Why did the FBI previously suspect Al-Hussaini’s employer of ties to the Palestinian Liberation Organization?

4. Why were the original motel registration logs where witnesses testified McVeigh checked in with Al-Hussaini’s Iraqi cohort the evening of April 18, 1995, never returned to the establishment’s owner?

5. Whatever happened to the brown Chevrolet pickup that was seen carrying Middle Eastern suspects from the bomb site? The Oklahoma City police found fingerprints inside the recovered truck. Why were these prints not compared to the immigration files of the three Middle Eastern nationals whom witnesses observed in that getaway vehicle before, during, and after the bombing?

6. Why did the Bureau rebuff my efforts to surrender the witness statements and supporting evidence in September 1997? Why did the FBI withhold from the defense teams the twenty-two witness affidavits that I delivered to FBI Special Agent Dan Vogel in January 1999?

7. Why were the prior warnings issued by the Congressional Task Force on Terrorism and Unconventional Warfare that predicted an Islamic attack in the “heart of the U.S.” disregarded as an indicator of foreign participation?

Congressman Rohrbacher needs to bring Jayna and Schippers to meet with the committee in closed session. The committee needs to see the on camera interviews of 14 eye witnesses. It needs to be done in closed session to protect the witnesses. They stepped forward as patriots facing great risk.

The real story of OKC should have been told long ago. Let's finally get it told now. Bill Clinton did not want to deal with Middle East terror on our soil. He wanted this to be domestic terror. That is what he got. Who are those deep inside the FBI who are responsible for continuing the coverup?

The truth about OKC will forever end any remaining legacy of the impeached William Jefferson Blythe Clinton. Had he dealt with OKC, 9-11 could have been prevented. He ignored Middle East terror, created the vast right wing conspiracy, and his Kool-Aid drinkers dug in their heels. He would be held accountable for nothing. They stood with him no matter what because they had to fight the dreaded right wing. That is how Clinton divided America as never before.

If anyone would like to join me in calling the congressman, he is at (202) 225-2415.

How did Al-Hussieni get a job at MASSPORT? They run Logan airport in Boston for those of you in Rio Linda. Jayna Davis not only connects the dots from the Philipines to OK City, but to Iraq as well. Patrick Lang from the DIA concluded that Husseini was likly a member of Unit 999 at Salman Pak where highly motivated Jihadists trained to take over airliners with hand held items. But the Libs would have us beleive that this is a mere coincidence.

FYI, in case you missed this last week >>>

FBI told to search for McVeigh files

Papers could reveal what was known about bomber before 1995

Friday, March 31, 2006/ Associated Press

SALT LAKE CITY – A federal judge on Thursday ordered the FBI to redouble a search for investigative files that could reveal what agents knew about Timothy McVeigh before the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing.

But U.S. District Judge Dale Kimball said the bureau could black out some information about informants.

Mr. McVeigh was executed in 2001 for the bombing that gutted a federal office building and killed 168 people.

The ruling Thursday came in a lawsuit filed by Salt Lake City insurance lawyer Jesse Trentadue, who is trying to prove that his brother, Kenneth Trentadue, a bank robber who died while in federal custody a few months after the bombing, was actually killed after being mistaken for a McVeigh associate during the frantic search for conspirators. He said his brother was killed by federal agents during an interrogation.

Judge Kimball had ruled earlier that the FBI should turn over certain documents sought by Mr. Trentadue. He said Thursday that he found it troubling that the FBI's efforts to locate those documents have not turned up more memos, including ones the FBI's own files suggested existed at one time.

The FBI is supposed to turn over any new documents it finds to Mr. Trentadue by June 2.

In his original 23-page decision, released Wednesday, Judge Kimball suggested that Mr. McVeigh was helped by paramilitary militias in the bombing and that the government had an informant in the bombing conspiracy.

The decision contained a sentence that called those two claims made by Mr. Trentadue a "fact," but, after being asked if he was endorsing the conspiracy theories, the judge issued a new decision late Thursday, rewriting that sentence to clearly attribute both claims to Mr. Trentadue.

In his investigation, Mr. Trentadue has contended that the FBI was tipped to Mr. McVeigh's plans but failed to stop the Oklahoma City bombing.

"My assumption is the FBI will comply with the order," said Carlie Christensen, an assistant U.S. attorney who represented the FBI in court hearings here. FBI officials declined to comment.

I tend to agree that this, along with TWA 800, and Waco, were coverups.
For those who don't think these things can happen, look at Enron(which also occurred during clinton's disastrous mis-admininstration).
One name seems to surface in these situations-Jamie Gorelick. Oh well.
One more clinton era mess that W has to clean up.

I still can't believe the Bush administration isn't having someone push this issue. I've written to Karl Rove and the WH about this matter and find it really shocking that they seem to ignore the evidence.

James Woolsey, former CIA director, endorses Jayna's research and book and said that someday, when the truth is known about OKC, the world would owe her a debt of gratitude.

In answer to your question:

Jayna Davis (Author of "The Third Terrorist") needs help. She received the following e-mail:

Sent: Friday, March 17, 2006 3:56 AM
Subject: Release of captured documents

>I imagine you've taken a look at the documents
> captured by the US military which were released
> yesterday by the Office of Joint Reserve Intelligence
> Center.
> > I've read a few, but there's one that might
> particularly interest you--the last one on the list,
> dated 2000 and titled "Various Administrative
> Documents and Questions, AFGP-2002-801138". It's sort
> of a grab-bag of information, but contains a bunch of
> questions alQaeda members asked their leaders,
> apparently before September 11, 2001. > > On the 43rd page, it reads:
> > "Q8- We hear about the Oklahoma explosion and that it
> is the largest explosion in America. Is it the one
> planned by Ramzi Yousef or not? (TC: This question
> was circled and marked with two (X) marks."
> > http://fmso.leavenworth.army.mil/products-docex.htm#iraq
> > There may be many more fascinating tidbits buried in
> these documents, but this would seem to reinforce what
> you've been saying for so long.
> > Thanks for your careful research, and happy digging!

OK. Shortly after Jayna received this e-mail, the document was pulled from that site. But it can still be found at the following site:

http://www.ctc.usma.edu/aq_harmonylist.asp

Scroll down to:

Various Admin Documents and Questions
AFGP-2002-801138

Click on that link and go to the English link and find page 43 on the scroll bar (not page 43 of the document). You will find the following question:

"Q8-We hear about the Oklahoma explosion and that it is the largest explosion in America. Is it the one planned by Ramzi Yousef or not? (TC: This question was circled and marked with two (x) marks."

You will notice that the English translation is 57 pages long. You will then go to the Arabic link (right next to the English link). That link is 332 pages long so there must have been some heavy redaction because 332 pages of Arabic became 57 pages of English translation. Print off or go to page 191 of that part.

You will see the following in the middle of possibly a heavily redacted page:

Question
Ref.Oklahoma
Bombing, if
Done By Yousef
Ramzi-
EMPHASIZE
AFGP-2002-801138-007-0179

Please try to find out as much as you can about these documents before they are pulled. If anyone knows Arabic, (or knows someone who does), please go to the pages near the page 191 and see if you can find anything in Arabic that would be helpful. We need to do this before the document is pulled from this website.

Thanks Freepers

Even the Clinton administration and the press initially suspected a Middle Eastern connection.

The smoke had not cleared before they were on TV furiously backpedalling and apologising to Arab-Americans everywhere.

I particularly found that to be odd, considering that no arrests had been made, no evidence examined, and in fact, rescue and recovery operations were far from complete.

How could they "know" that Arabs were not involved?

They didn't want Arabs involved. They wanted Rush Limbaugh's audience to be implecated. Keeping the White House in 1996 was more important than the truth because Clinton might have had to do something about it. Clinton was all talk. case in point; The Iraqi Liberation Act of 1998.

Until 1998, BJ Clinton believed that domestic terror was our greatest threat. If anyone can find the source, I think I remember only about five full-time FBI agents being assigned to Islamic terror. Could that be possible?

If there is more to investigate, then why hasn't the Bush Administration taken any action to open this up? Why was Timothy McVeigh executed so quickly under the Bush Administration? Why, when all of the discussion of the Gorelick Wall emerged during the 9/11 hearings, didn't the Bush Administration publicly announce the reopening of questionably terrorist acts against Americans during the 1990s?

What am I missing here? What benefit would the Bush Administration have by hushing this up?

MIDI - END OF THE INNOCENCE - scroll down to Bruce Hornsby; sorry for the popups

For several years they sang his song…he was a hero to their cause
In denial many lived…he placed himself up above the laws
He knew all of the right things to say…down through…hell and then back believers would go
In eight long years he's done to us…more damage than you know

For his neglect we would finally pay the price…the count's three thousand dead
We know just where to place the blame…it is on Bill Clinton's head
When the Cole was hit and brave men died…there is no doubt that he hadn't cried
He looked at his polls and sighed
Now this is the end…this is the end…of his legacy

At OKC he saw his chance…he needed to divide us all
He would create the vast right wing…and his mind-numbed fools would pick up the ball
So we'd fight among ourselves…and the…grand scheme had worked, he got his way
With our attention diverted he…would gut the CIA

For his neglect we would pay the price…the count's three thousand dead
We know just where to place the blame…it is on Bill Clinton's head
When the Cole was hit and brave men died…there is no doubt that he hadn't cried
He looked at his polls and sighed
Now this is the end…this is the end…of his legacy

We endured a psychopath…who saw himself as the Rockstar Prez
We had sent the warnings out…watch what this man does, not what he says

For neglect we paid the price…when those great buildings fell with many dead
And we know just where to place the blame…it's on Bill Clinton's head
When the Cole was hit and brave men died…there is no doubt that he hadn't cried
He looked at his polls and sighed
Now this is the end…this is the end…of his legacy

The question always comes up: if there was someone else, why did McVeigh go to his grave proclaiming he acted alone?

Moreover, I'm PERFECTLY WILLING to accept that there was someone else involved, but I do not think less of my peers in Okahoma City and Denver, where there have been two grand juries and two petite juries and in all four of these cases, there has been no evidence that anyone but McVeigh and Nichols were the culprits. So I'm real hesistant to claim all these people are part of a "coverup."

I guess only McVeigh knew the answer to that. Jayna had 22 eye witnesses. Have you heard from any of them? No. Has Congress been willing to look at taped interviews/depositions? No. They is massive evidence that McVeigh and Nichols did not act alone. Nichols leared to build the bomb from al-Qaeda linked terrorists in the Philippines. Before that, he had absolutely no ability whatsoever to build the bomb that destroyed the Murrah building. READ THIS.

He used the spin to demonize everyone: Christians, whites, gun owners (even though the only gun was on McVeigh and was not used--more in a second on that); conservatives of any stripe, Constitutionalists, and especialy anyone who expressed concern about Waco, Ruby Ridge, an the egregious use of power. If you were actually in a far right wing group, even more so.

It worked. It gave the Dems and Libs their denial jumping off point. The MSM got its talking points, the BATF got its whitewash, and a lot of vocal people faded into the shadows out of fear and sheer dismissal by their peers.

Now, back to Timmy. If you had a loaded 9mm on the seat beside you, and had just blown up a building with loads of people inside, and been pulled over for not having a license plate on your car, would you:

A: Smile at the nice officer, hand him your pistol and surrender?

B: confess to the crime of the century?

or..

C: blow the nice officer away and leave the scene to find a license plate..or even a different vehicle. After all, what is one more casualty when you just blew up the building?

That pegged my little BS meter, too.

The New American did an outstanding job of following the incident and its aftermath. Things printed there often did not see daylight for another 6 months. I am not a JBS member, but they covered Waco, Ruby Ridge, and OK City really well.
