"If this is the official position of the government of San Francisco AND a state official, it sounds like they have washed their hands of God."
You think they'd have learned from the experience of New Orleans. . .

"...City Hall, which adopted a resolution criticizing both as "acts of provocation" by an "anti-gay" pro-life organization."
Hey! What about their First Amendment rights of free speech? This "resolution" is censorship.

These Christian teens demonstrating in San Fran reminds me of the priest sprinkling Holy Water on the demon in the Exorcist.
You just KNOW these Godless leftists are going to throw a fit.
They don't want anything to remind them of the God they are all going to have to answer to one day.
Read the Bible. Pagans killed the prophets God sent to them.

If San Francisco has city Fathers, then its children must be adopted...

I take back what I said. I wouldn't add my prayers, energy, or judgement for such a thing for I have debts of my own. I just couldn't help flashing on Nineva, Sod and Gom when I read the report.

Remember what Jesus told His disciples to do when they went to a place that did not not want to hear the Word?
He told them to shake the dust off their feet and go elsewhere.
Shaking the dust off one's feet is invoking a curse on those who refuse to hear the Word.
"It will be more tolerable in the day of judgement for Sodom and Gomorrah than it will be for that city."
Maybe it is time for the Christians and Jews to get the hell out of Frisco.

It's indeed hard to pray for San Francisco, but I don't believe man will/can change them. Only God can bring them to see the light and I pray that He does.

'It's indeed hard to pray for San Francisco, but I don't believe man will/can change them.'
No doubt.
'Only God can bring them to see the light and I pray that He does.'
Agreed.

Well said.
I notice you don't have a tag line. Better employ that before someone else steals it.

Of course the San Francisco Board of Supervisors are showing typical liberal hypocrisy here. Did they denounce students for walking out to express their views regarding illegal immigrants? No...but when students express a CHRISTIAN view they are denounced. I'll never visit San Francisco again...they can rot as far as I'm concerned.

The Lord changed the heart of people of Nineveh at the preaching of Jonah, He and only He, can change the heart of people of San Francisco.
The other reason that this is important for San Francisco is that someone will hear, and listen, and change due to the witness of these courageous young people and their leaders. Paraphrasing the Lord; how can they believe unless they are told, and how can they be told unless someone is sent?

Reading this I can't shake the image of snarling hate filled "Orcs".The bile and hatred shown by the city "fathers" (now *there's* a misnomer for you), would have your average Orc mewling like a kicked chiuhuahuah...

I always thought San Francisco was overrated.Been there, once... It was circa 1975 or so. Wasn't too impressed then, and have never felt the urge to go back, Tony Bennett notwithstanding...

The only time I was ever in Frisco was not by choice. I spent a week or two there in Jan 1955 waiting to get on a boat to Korea. The fog was so thick the whole time you could barely tell night from day.
Could explain why not one Friscoite can see the light.

They can take their Rice-a-Roni and stuff it. Flying at 3000ft and looking down at SF is no different than looking at a land fill at ground level..
