Sorry, if this offends you.. but I think Americans in general have awoken to the realization that Islam is not a religion any more than communism or nazism. And it should be dealt with the same way. The fact that we hear very few people purporting to be of that "faith" speaking out against these islamo-fascist thugs, (you seem to be one of the few speaking out) supports this notion.
This is awful. What savages to use women and children to do their dirty work.

You say "Americans in general have awoken to the realization that Islam is not a religion" which may be true, but Bush and the power seeking, pension seeking scum in Congress will not admit to that (even if they believe it also), as they will continue to give them aid, comfort and BS recognition just so they can keep their pension checks and perks rolling in--you know, selling out America to the lowest bidder.
Those taking part in the American Revoltion had it right. Too bad we can't raise them from the dead, as there are too many apathetic sheep here today.
I agree it is not good. There is no "reasoning" with a muslim. You either subscribe to their religion or you are an infidel. I would say it does not take much for a muslim to subscribe to violence if they actually practice what the Koran says. Islam is far from a religion of peace. In fact, quite the opposite...

Actually, some of these terrorists are highly educated. Some are not. I would characterize the leaders, and some of those who kill themselves in suicide attacks to be evil, but not ignorant.
I see no reason that the US can't make the Iranians a bit more uncomfortable. Perhaps we should send them some money? Perhaps we could print about $50 billion dollars worth of Iranian Rials and flood the market? That would help keep them occupied.
