I was always amazed Evans lasting as long as he did, his record was well to the left of his district, as liberal as the Chicago Congressmembers (even 1 point to the left of the Socialist Luis Gutierrez according to the ACU). I would hope the 'Rats put up someone as incredibly leftist as Evans in an open situation, which would presumably bode better for the Republican. The problem for Miss Zinga remains that she is badly underfunded.
