Excellent. I'll write the supervisors immediately.
I'm proud to say I have never been to SF (except to change planes) and I will never visit it.
Massachusetts is bad enough but this stuff is outrageous.
Any bets on which US city will slip into the ocean after the next earthquake?
From the left, Catholics should take that as a HIGH complement.
The tolerant people show their religious bigotry once again. I guess they just assume everyone in their city agrees with them. More likely they just don't care. They are liberals, therefore, they feel superior enough to act like fascists and disregard the views of some people in San Francisco.
Why is it that the left consistently calls their opposition exactly what THEY ARE?
"'Hateful, Discriminatory, Insulting, Ignorant'"
That sort of thing is so typical of San Francisco. We've seen them say worse about the United States.
"Cardinal Levada is a decidedly unqualified representative of his former home city, and of the people of San Francisco and the values they hold dear.", the resolution stated.
Isn't Sandoval the dolt who doesn't want the US to have a military?
The Queers in SF can Kiss My A$$!!!
30% of San Franciscans are Asian, relatively prosperous, hard working and religious. Another 20% are Latin Catholics, and the same.
But they are all too busy working and raising their families (and sending them to places like Stanford) to worry about politics.
That leaves the wacko class to run things.
I give SF another 10 years before the majority of downtown residents are homeless crack addicts.
Revolting and disgusting!
Funny that's about how I'd describe San fran
Be careful what you wish for.....
Surely, this is a joke? How do they always manage to outdo themselves, time after time after time? Cardinal Levada isn't representing San Francisco, you morons; he is representing the doctrines of the Catholic Church to the world. Nor is the Church trying to "meddle" in your precious hedonistic, bacchanal "values, customs, and traditions"; it is only trying to promote what it believes is the truth.
If these SF political moonbats don't think organizations should promote their own beliefs within the bounds of law, maybe they should issue similar whines against the ACLU, People for the American Way (world's most ironic title!), the Unitarian Universalists, etc. etc. But, somehow, they consider the Catholic Church, specifically, such a threat their agenda that they single it out; hmmm...isn't that interesting? I suppose we Catholics should be pleased that at least we have all the right enemies.
Kiss your a$$? They would line up for the chance.
