I'm pretty sure our retaliation would achieve a spectacular kill ratio. So, I say they should stop talking and bring it on.

If attacked again, maybe we'd take a leaf from the UK's book vis a vis IRA terrorism. (Just a thought.) There was certainly torture, widespread human rights' violations, etc.. All of which I was sick about, being half Irish. If you happen to catch the BBC on NPR discussing the IRA, you'll hear a tone absent when they discuss Muslim terrorism. In fact, it's a tone strikingly similar to the way the BBC talks about the US.

Who would we be exactly killing with this great kill ratio. This one reason I glad this talk isnt all that serious.

No, that line sounds like a lot of FReepers of late...

Well, if the shoe fits. Wear it.

Our President sure is looking a little lame ducky as of late. Hopefully, he will get his administration back on track........and soon.

Closing down mosque is not the answer.

You are right, tearing them down entirely works much better.

Who would be next.

No one - there is only one religion on this planet that has yet to learn to play nice with the others. Do you care to venture a guess on which that might be?

Closing down mosques would be counter-productive. How can you know the enemy, if there, if you don't mix and mingle? Unhappily, Islam if it ever was the religion of peace, has been hijacked by monsters with influence far beyond their actual numbers. What to do when you don't have one nation to fight with an army in uniform. Jihad is fostered by evil, brainwashing tyrants who don't care how many people they kill as long as Islam becomes paramount. It's a tough question, especially in a free society. Although it's not PC to say so, some Japanese in interment camps were actually spies or made to spy for the enemy because of threats to family and friends back in Japan. The same is undoubtedly true today, with Muslims under threat, forced to spy or funnel money, etc.. On the other hand, some are true believers who can't wait to see the Great Satan perish.

Put it this way: For generations, the US wouldn't elect a Catholic President because they feared the Pope's control. And there was a long history of anti-Catholicism in the US. Finally, in '60, Kennedy was elected and that put that fear more or less to rest. However, remember the questions put to Kerry in '04. (He's Catholic.) How dare the bishops tell him he couldn't take communion because he supported abortion rights! Kerry, like Kennedy before him, vowed he was his own man. His religious views were private and wouldn't affect him as President. The same sort of thing came up during Supreme Court hearings, and if Mitt Romney runs for President, he'll face Mormon-bashing.

We might like to think Islam isn't hellbent on taking over the world, but wishful thinking will kill you, Jihad is a fact, and Baptists aren't running around beheading people. If we're hit badly again, and I don't see how we can prevent every attack, Islam will have to answer for it. This is why it's so important for moderate Muslims to speak out.

"Muslim communtiies have been cooperating with the FBI"

That's funny. I've read many article on FR since 9-11 describing how Muslims have been instructed by their Muslim organizations, and, IIRC, the ACLU and its ilk, that they DON'T have to cooperate with the FBI.

So your blanket statement is very, very odd.

It is not necessary to cross that line. Merely avoiding it acknowledges that it is there.

Also please dont fall for this thing that all Muslims listens to these groups. Most muslims dont care and they are too busy getting on with their lives and frankly dont care.

I agree that its important but you know there is an incredible double standard taking place. Alot of americans say do something. But when moderate Muslims bravely defy this thugs and get blown up by extremist that is classifyed not as not doing something but in fact is twisted to use agaisnt them. I see this repeatly in the Mid East and the Arab world. Those folks are heros but too often esp on FR their deaths are made mockeries.

You are sounding a lot like the RATs. The Saudi departure info is bogus. Williams is not "home grown" but a Brit. The line in the sand was drawn early on by Pres. Bush.

And at least one of them fragged his officers and killed and wounded them while his Army group was in Kuwait. Are there more like him in the military?

They said it will be BIGGER than 9-11. That's not emulating 9-11.

I say we should warn them that any attack in our country will mean instant annihilation of Mecca. and open season on bad muslims...a no-bag limit.

You should call him with your proposals. The ones saying he's a lame duck are mostly RATs.

Listen if you want to slander a whole bunch of Muslims that are serving to protect your freedom go ahead. But I am sure thats not what your implying either and was asking a honest question. The answer is that Muslim American Serviceman is loyal to this country> God bless then for seriving their our heros

You should call him with your proposals.

For starters, I'd tell Mr. President to get his size 10 out of the press office asses after he got done kicking their butts for incompetence.

they The ones saying he's a lame duck are mostly RATs.

Honesty is one attribute that "rat" dems seem to lacking, fortunately, I am conservative and not afraid to call it like I see it.

Our President is missing some serious opportunities to lead by not paying attention to his base.

I just love it when Freepers don't handle the fact the President isn't perfect.
