I got question for drinkers on Canteen how do you get busted with this there is report off AP wire that some dude got busted with .345 blood alcohol level

Persian Gulf (Feb. 25, 2006) - Master Chief Aviation Ordnanceman Patrick Ponciano checks out a book from the library aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) to read to his children for the United Through Reading (UTR) program. This program allows deployed Sailors to read books on video and send home to their children. Reagan and embarked Carrier Air Wing One Four (CVW-14) are currently deployed on her maiden deployment conducting Maritime Security Operations (MSO) in the region and participating in the global war on terrorism.
