Australia 'will be Muslim in 50 years'

Australia is at risk of aborting itself out of existence and could become a Muslim country "within 50 years" if a controversial, abortion-inducing pill is made available, an Australian MP claimed yesterday.
Danna Vale, a former minister and an MP with the governing Liberal Party, said the drug, known as RU486, could drastically reduce the country's native-born, largely European population.
"I have read comments by a certain imam from the Lakemba mosque [in Sydney] who actually said that Australia is going to be a Muslim nation in 50 years' time," she said.
"I didn't believe him at the time, but when you actually look at the birth rate … we are aborting ourselves almost out of existence by 100,000 abortions a year. You multiply that by 50 years and that's five million potential Australians we won't have here."
The Australian parliament in Canberra is debating whether to allow the introduction of RU486, also known as mifepristone - a move that is opposed by Church groups and the staunchly Catholic health minister, Tony Abbott.
The inflammatory remarks upset Australia's Muslim community, which is still reeling from December's race riots, when white and Lebanese gangs fought pitched battles in the Sydney beachside suburb of Cronulla.
Keysar Trad, head of the Islamic Friendship Association of Australia, said Mrs Vale was trying to exploit people's ignorance of Islam. "It's just a cheap shot and it's very unfortunate," he said.
Mrs Vale's comments were also condemned by her own party, which is already divided over the abortion question.
The immigration minister, Amanda Vanstone, said the suggestion that people from Muslim countries might eventually outnumber native-born Australians was "completely ill-founded".
The opposition Labour Party described Mrs Vale's comments as "weird" and called on her to retract them.
Um NO.
100,000 abortions a year is a great deal, given the size of Australia's population. It's obviously a higher rate than in the U.S.
With a lower abortion rate, no one would be saying that Americans were refusing to do such "menial" work as home construction.
Where ever the Muslims go there is a trail of violence leading to rape and death. Such a wonderful people...NOT.
Australia is just as likely to be Chinese by then.
Is there any known worry of adverse, lack / increase of ovulation during the life of the individual?

Collectively I think Australia has about as much chance of being muslim in 50 years as I do. In the immortal words of Al Borland "I don't think so Tim".
Muslims also leave their offspring in the host country at a very larger rate.
Depopulation is one of the greatest long term threats to western civilization. It'll be the death knell for Israel.

Un, that figure is way low. He fogets to add in all the children (& even grandchildren) those aborted individuals would have had in those 50 years.

I doubt if it will take that long.
I pray to God that Islam will be eradicated from humanity in far less time than that.
About 1.75 per woman. The government is taking some steps to address this and the birth rate increased last year for the first time after a period of decline.

Back in 1979, immediately following the islamic revolution in Iran, one of the dirtballs that was interviewed by a member of the fourth estate/fifth column (U S Press), he said that within 50 years, the United States would be an islamic country. Time to circle the wagons, brothers; we've only got a couple of decades to tighten up!

There is a tendency to turn away from blue collar jobs to white collar ones. If you have one kid, you will send him to college to become a psychologist. If you have four, you may not think that college is affordable, or desirable for all , so at least one kid becomes a plumber or construction worker. In Germany, where some went to gynnasium (academic high school) others went to a trade school. But as time wore on, even the less able went into academics while the number of trained "mechanics" declined. Anyway, the gap needs to be filled, and if the "natives" won't fill it, then "others" will.
Prayers that all abortion stop in Austrailia.
