The Prosecutor made a great argument for the death penalty. Besides the obvious - of it being an extremely heinous crime, the fact is that Smith would have been sentenced to life in prison JUST for the kidnap and rape. If he gets "life" now it's like he never killed her. Kind of like a "murder for free". Despicable.
he needs to be wacked. Wouldn't it be nice to go back to the old days when we could just put the ones that we knew were guilty of murder and rape in the middle of a square and just hang 'em?
I can't tell you what I would like to do to this piece of scum and any others like him that could harm a child in any way, shape or form.
oh, no, no, no, no. Too easy. These pedophiles? Child rapists and murderers? Oh, this guy should have his testicles tied together so tightly that the blood flow is shut off. He should be bound to a permanent fixture and have the burliest of the burly enter through the back door more than once. Then the disgusting slug should be chained to the back of an F-150 and dragged over a gravel road for miles until his skin is hanging in pieces from his body.
Then, he should suffer the same death that he put his victim through. In the case of Jessica Lunsford - yeah - Cooey should be buried alive after being repetitively raped for several days.
Now, that's justice.

All kidding aside, I don't feel the slightest reservation about imagining suffering inflicted on this awful thing. When I give even a moment's thought to the suffering he caused that sweet little child, there's nothing you could propose that I would object to. Evil of this kind must be confronted with a raging vengeance so that the mutants out there will know what awaits them if they ever try something like it.
