WW1 & WW2 were fought by and amoung organized nation-states. This WW looks like it's going to be fought between an international religious-based movement (Islam) and ... well, lets just say that western governments haven't really joined the fight. If you see western governments refuse to defend their populations, you will see a rapid rise in private militias. Already happening in Australia, and a few other places.

Er...the occupation of Denmark was the most peaceful of the German occupation forces, IIRC, as there were little if any violent actions against the occupiers.

The groups stated that since newpapers in these countries had printed satirical cartoons depicting the prophet Mohammed, citizens from these countries were legitimate targets.
Tolerance, Equality, Debate, Discussion, The Big Tent, Room at the Table, Different Points of View, Power Sharing, One Man One Vote, all coming home to roost! What is needed is a rigid exclusivity expressed through mass expulsions.

It's not just that. It's that the due to their religion and their culture they don't have any self control. They are taught not to have self control.
They make their women cover their arms, legs, hair and sometimes faces because they think that if they see those items that they will have to do something instead of learning self control like most Western males. And then they blame and punish the women for their own lack of self control.
If something goes wrong, beat the women and children, it must be their fault, after all, not the poor Muslim males'.
If one of them walks out in front of a bus while crossing a street, they believe it's Allah's will or in the event it's an American they'll blame the American and go after that American not taking into consideration that the person hit by the bus should have had enough self control to actually look to make sure no vehicles were coming before crossing the street. (An incident like this actually happened about the time we were in Saudi Arabia. The American man who hit the Arab ended up in jail for a few weeks without his family knowing where he was held and was beaten, treated badly, had his medicines withheld. When he was released he and his family got the heck out of Saudi Arabia.)
They very rarely take responsibility for their own actions.
Heck, for the most part, they aren't even submitting themselves only to Islam and their culture but to the mullahs who have their own agendas and those mullahs might not be teaching them what the Koran says in some parts.
And they're too ignorant to even question anything and they wonder why they're so backwards.

Riots are out of control, it seems - "Copenhagen in flames" is the headlines used by the norwegian media (which I read). The police uses teargas and is met by molotov-cocktails and bridge-stones. Cars and containers is used to make fire-baricades etc. Reports of burning police cars... ca 100 arrested.
It was a demo that got out of hand ca 0100 local time. The demo was about the closing of a youth-house, which has been occupied by anarchists/leftists/pot smokers/professional demonstrators (also foreigners, like norwegians etc) for some time. Don't know about the arab demonstrators, though... but demonstations like this tend to attract immigrant troublemakers, like the Paris demonstrations last year.
