John Spencer now has the best GOP fund raiser east of the Mississippi, Pat Donohue. Pat is the man who raised 40 million dollars for Rick Lazio in just 5 1/2 months.
Yes of course the beast will have lots of money, but this race is totally different from any other in the country.
There is zero chance that she will be able to control the flow of news this time the way she did against Rick.
In a way, she will have more money than she can spend, but again John's message WILL NOT get shut out.
The black table-phone media can not cover her 100%. Six years ago she had no record and people only "thought" they knew how dangerous she was. Now they realize the danger. Now she has a record and believe it or not, not part of the ratmedia actually hates her. They have been posting John's press releases. Six years ago they would have tossed them.
This will not be easy, but if anyone can do it, John Spencer can. Don't be discouraged. If the key to winning was only money, we have seen a president Forbes and a governor Golisano.
