Possible Try Just ADF. It may be Fund and not Foundation.
It really makes one wonder where the ACLU is in all of this. I thought they were supposed to protect our liberties......Oh I forgot thats not their real goal..their REAL goal is to promote their aganda, Communism,Socialism and the Perverts at NAMBLA...
Did anybody notice the lawsuit wasn't analyzed? What is the city asking the court to do, invalidate the petition, strike or disallow standing, enjoin, what?
That's not how they do it - they break in people's bedrooms at 3AM, and shoot them there. One at a time.
The Supreme Court may have decided that our Constitution does not prohibt cities from practicing "eminent domain." I hadn't noticed that in so doing it removed the right of citizens to say something about it, or to change it on a local level. In fact IIRC the Court specifically encouraged citizens to prohibit the practice on the local level if they wished.
Exactly right but they masquerade as if they are pillars of the community.

Isn't that just the most awful thing.
Imagine citizens that organize to reach their neighbors...for the purpose of the Constitutional right to petition their government...abide by the Constitution.
