Two minutes into the film, you can see Peter's Japanese businessman partner Tendo Oto popping his head out from behind Hillary. It was illegal for him to be there. It was illegal for him to give $27,000. She has neither reported it nor returned it.

Bill Clinton's business advisor, Jim Levin (a former strip club owner...how fitting), secretly want to Japan and made a deal with with Oto for himself and Clinton. Oto did not infuse $7 million into Stan Lee Media as promised, and the company, like many dot coms, collapsed in Dec. 2000.
