They give them maps??? Why don't they just give them a bus ticket and a LA phone book?? Stupid

Why don't they just construct a lighted highway? The American taxpayer would be happy to fund it. American politicians could man welcome booths where they would hand out identity cards, driver licenses and social security checks.
