Thanks for posting this, Doug. I thought I'd read that she paid a token fine.

$35,000 fine. The FEC does not have the ability to indict. It is up to Noel Hillman at the Justice Department to make that decision.
I spoke with an FEC official today. They are not going to make a criminal referral. Unless the pressure is put on Hillman, Hillary, at least temporarily, remains above the law.
Grossman should have been on trial either instead of or in addition to Rosen. He had the documents necessary to make a correct filing but continued to participate in the conspiracy.

Such a bunch of bs. Don't tell me Hillary doesn't know exactly how much money is in her warchest and exactly where it comes from.
She knows.

In June 2001, Peter Paul filed his civil lawsuit. On July 11, 2001, David Kendall accepted service for her. Peter provided bank statements, cancelled checks, and invoices totalling about $1.6 million. Nevertheless, Hillary allowed Grossman to file an amended report the the FEC, the third such false report, that declared only $401,000 for Event 39. None of that money was attibuted to Peter.
Absolutely. Hillary knew and has been covering it up for 5 years.

While watching it, I had a weird flashback. At the beginning, as she says, "This means so much to Bill and to Chelsea and to me...", she turns in profile and totally reminds me of Andy Kaufman on Saturday Night Live.

I don't know Hillman's history, but he is the one who decided to indict David Rosen. Now, it is Andrew Grossman's turn.
The FEC found "there was probable cause to believe New York Senate 2000 and Andrew Grossman, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.S Sec 434(b) of the Federal Election Camp[aign Act of 1971 and 11 C.F.R. Sec 102(c)(8)(i)(A). On December 13, 2005, a conciliation agreement signed by Andrew Grossman was accepted by the Commission.."

I was amazed at how slowly she spoke. She either seemed ill at ease or drugged.

My favorite video of Mrs. Sinkemperor is the police and fireman Booing her at the 9-11 concert.

no thanks....looking at hilllereee anytime is one too many times for me. Now, if you show a photo of our beautiful, gracious First Lady Laura Bush then I would gladly enjoy seeing that.
