Shall we take bet on how long into a Senator's time it take for them to ASK a question?
Feingold is proving his idiocy with his, "I object speech".
He can leave just about anytime, now.
Now Russ is accusing Alito of being defensive, but a charge of unethical conduct, as Alito points out, is serious and should be reviewed. And now we learn that the case was reheard again - entirely new appeal.
Hatch doesn't need to bring up the question about "initial service." The better answer is "I ws charged with unethical conduct, researched it, concluded I was not (and all objective reviewers agree), but gave the parties a rehearing anyway."
Anyway, the accusation is that Alito lacks integrity for breaking a 12 year old promise to the committee. If a Senator is bugged by that, the vote accordingly and give that reason.
My eyeballs burned out after reading a couple hundred subsequent comments and guesses as to who the responder would be.
If he posted the answer somewhere and someone knows who the perp (or perpette) will be, will you please ping me with the answer?
