Well, that's not exactly what the Bible says in Revelation but close enough -- especially since you're quoting the media. But there is nothing about the antiChrist reigning for seven years. THAT is the time during which the Great Tribulation happens, ending with the return of Christ. The Anti-Christ ushers it in with a sham peace treaty that he compels Israel to sign.

What's more creepy is that the passage from the Muslim "Holy Book" proves how false a religion it is, and how bogus Mohammed was. He was so unoriginal he could only paraphrase the words of Revelation, which was written 900 years earlier, and write them as gospel in his own fraudulent work.

Yes, there is a common ground. It's that both stories will lead to one series of events, and that one people (Muslims) will be led falsely. The common ground is that prophecy will be fulfilled in our lifetimes.

I think that Ahmadinejad is setting the stage to announce that HE is the 12th Mahdi.

Keep in mind, it's his goal to wreck the world economy, and out of the resulting global chaos, usher in a new worldwide Islamic Caliphate.

In March, Iran opens a "petro-euro" bourse, a direct attack on the status of the US dollar as the world's "reserve currency." Iranian and possibly Venezuelan crude will have to be purchased in Euro-denominated contracts.

China, Russia and Europe will probably participate, because Ahmadinejad will sell Iranian crude at discount values. His goal, remember, is not to maximize Iranian profits, but to wreck the global economy, beginning with the Great Satan USA, and its dollar.

Typically, doomsday prophets don't bother me. But doomsday prophets with ambitions for nuclear weapons and Sharon no longer in charge in Israel can be quite unnerving.

Any muslim who truly follow the words of the koran with his hands on nukes bothers me.

IMHO, I don't know how many countries now receiving US "Aid", but any country that DOES go "Euro" should be IMMEDIATELY cut off from ANY US taxpayers hard earned dollars AND ANY AND ALL US military support......
