Now is your chance to stick it to these guys as I have posted the link were you can sign the letter demand that the CBC not only release all the collected funds, plus interest, but also issue an apology to the President and to the American people for their race baiting. Still, I know numerous black Republicans with a fantastic sense of humor here in Denver, especially about their being conservative. Usually, reactions are a quiet chuckle from someone who knows something others have failed to grasp about the benefits of being conservative.

Quite frankly, I have never understood the principle being of the Congressional Black Caucus. Is there a Congrssional White Caucus? Or an American Indian Red Cucus? Or an Sino / Japanese Yellow Caucus?

From my perspective, I think there should be a Conservative-Left-Handed-German-English-Welsh Caucus.

I was actually refering to a couple of friends of mine here in kansas. I primed the conversation with politics without giving away my views and they took a hard right. I take to giving them the third degree and man did they get their back up fast. Just as they were about to read me the riot act I break out a mischevious grin. I'm just as obnoxious in person as I am here.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. I'm certain trueblackman took it in the spirit it was intended. I personally don't cut black conservatives any slack. I was kinda poking at him cause he is a stand your ground kinda guy and has probably been through that for real. The fact that mhking needed to respond shows a guilty consience on his part.

What's really disgusting are the comments of Elijah Cummings (D-MD), "Now is the time for us to respond with a force equal to that of Hurricane Katrina."

He's such a hypocrite! I live in Maryland and am a Baltimoron. Several years ago, he and former NAACP Chairman Kweisi M'Fume went to the Carolina's to protest a state flag that contained a representation of the Confederate 'battle flag," because it was racist.

Ooooooh, big deal! Protesting the flag of a nation defeated over 100 years ago.

But Cummings' and M'Fume never bother to protest the racist Nation of Islam dudes who frequent Baltimore street intersections and have passed out their hate propaganda for years.
