All laughing aside, there have been reports of rocks injuring Border Patrol, and also reports of shots being fired from the Mexican side of the border. Should the Mexican government demand an investigation into those incidents then we will know that they seek an honest justice and not the curcifixition of an US agent.

Even in the 50s there were always stories but jokes about mexicans and blacks tangeling in the Firestone area bars about "someone should teach the mexicans not to show up at a gun fight with a knife".

Did the border patrol officer say it was rocks as well or could it have been a sot drug runner from some cartel of Mexico?
For all we know, could have been a guy shot by a coyote or by the drug cartels who was scared to say that.
How do we verify the story one way or another?

In any case, why should we really care?
