These two people are the most disgusting human beings, and I use the term "human" loosely , because let's face it. They are not cut from the same cloth as decent people are. This "mother" should be charged every bit as much as the boyfriend. She was suppose to protect her daughter from these type of "bad" people. My heart breaks for the little girl and I hope and pray that the mother (her pic scares me in post #15) NEVER gets her back.

You forgot the line where the man\boyfriend hypnotizes her and uses psychological torture to make her feel inferior and makes her do these things out of fear of him.
