Seems pretty cut and dry to me....too bad she didn't kill him when she was 14 years old...sounds like a lot of heartache would have been avoided.

With any long term molestation it is likely the norm more than the exception. Even so, it is hard to imagine.

With evidence like that, the sworn testimony of 3 daughters, and the ability to do a paternity test on at least 2 children/grandchildren, I would venture to say that the situation was as bad as indicated. That being said, someone snapping and killing them is revenge, not justice. If Dad is smoking crack, turn his butt in and appeal to the court with evidence of molestation and abuse.

So on a technical note, if she had wasted them with a baseball bat instead her sentence would be less?

I didn't read in there where it said she "allowed" contact.

When it said that he had molested her teenage daughter, that means there WAS contact. Obviously, the contact was allowed somehow.

Short of chaining up the daughter or executing the father I fail to see how one person can stop another person much less two other people from having "contact"

Well, you can be sure that if I had a teenage daughter and I knew someone was a chronic molestor of children, there is no way I would allow that person the opportunity to have contact with my daughter. If nothing else, I would have moved far enough away from the creep that he would not be able to touch her.

This is in reference to the subject you covered on Dec.15th. I am the older sister of Alma Frakes and the one named in the aricles.'Woman gets 22 years for killing her parents". Someone told me about this website and I found it all very interesting. In reading the comments, I can tell some people support us and others doubt the truth of our story. I am giving all of you a chance to get the story straight from the source. I sent this to most of the people that were in the forum. But, I welcome anyones inquires. All I can say at this point is that what you read is true and something only us involved can understand.
