Killing them outright would make them look like heros going down fighting and would let the idiot masses see them as brave heros of Islam forever. I can tell you the capture of Saddam was a huge huge blow to the Sunni image of Saddam as a mighty Baathist warrior.

>>>,i>I was wondering if we do capture Bin Laden or Zarqawi do we bring them to the US for trial? <<<
I don't trust our legal system or the Iraqi legal system with either one of these bums - or with Saddam for that matter.
Just tell the military; "bring 'em in dead, you get a medal, bring 'em in alive, you get a court marshal".

Would Ramsey Clark defend Zarqawi and Bin Laden? Most definately. Lowest human life forms attract each other. I think they're kind of like magnets, or, um, like maggots.

He must have seen thousands of customers. How could he have remembered the name of one them decades before that person was famous?

At risk of anominity; I will be deployed to the middle east early in the new year.
Understand that I obey orders. That said; if I were ever in the situation to either capture or kill them, seeing what has been going on with the Saddam trial, I pray that the situation would be one where they would die!

Terror mastermind Osama bin Laden may have visited the United States as a young man ... where he tried-out as a left-handed pitcher with the Washington Senators?

another take on the possibility bin Laden visited the US:
http://www.orlingrabbe.com/binladin_timosman.htm
it's long, and doesn't really get to bin Laden until well into the story. I have no idea if this stuff has ever been corroborated anywhere else, but it's interesting.

Would Ramsey Clark defend Zarqawi and Bin Laden? In a heartbeat.
