Belgian woman, convert to Islam, ID'd as Iraqi suicide bomber Welcome to Europe's future -- as a source for jihadist recruits. We now have the first European female suicide bomber. And apparently her Muslim husband put her up to this, since evidently he "organized her trip." BRUSSELS, Nov. 29 (UPI) -- A woman who carried out a suicide attack in Iraq two weeks ago was identified Tuesday as the first European female suicide bomber. The Belgian anti-terrorism unit has confirmed that the woman was a Belgian citizen who converted to Islam after her marriage to a Muslim fundamentalist, news service RTL reported Tuesday.
American military forces identified the woman at a combat scene in Baghdad. She was carrying recently issued Belgian identity papers which revealed she had traveled via Turkey. There are no traces of her radical husband who is believed to have organized her trip.
No need for a quickie divorce when you can convince your 'beloved' to zip off to Iraq for a quickie suicide bombing...

We've got to publicize this. It appeared in a UPI report, but I bet the MSM will ignore it.
The reason for that? It shows that Islam is an insane death cult and you don't have to be Arab, Pakistani, or any other generally Muslim group to be a homicidal nutcase and a threat to the civilized world. Islam is the threat.

in the case of the the ones in iraq and isreal the bombers seemed to be juiced with drugs before.

A british woman from London was engaged to an Arab and had an impending trip to be made by air. Her fiancee insisted on packing her bags. She did go about making the trip, but was amazed when Heathrow security detained her, pointing out the unique content of her suitcase.
She was dumbfounded, and apparently was completely unaware of how she was to expire. She told her story to the authories, and I think they believed her. I don't know what became of her or her Arab fiancee.
This would have been about six years ago.

Loads of good comments on the Jihadwatch thread and due to the lack of information, I could probably think up another dozen or so possible reason myself, but admit most have to do with the control the husband would have had over the wife, her lack of self esteem and happiness, and an eventual way out for her, that she ultimately found in the cult of death.

Western women that marry Muslim men tend to have been rejected by Daddy and are looking for strong, macho, almost misogynist types. The gals are willing to accept being controlled and dominated for love.
The Muslim men think that the white gal is a whore but since he moved to Europe or the US, white gals have been his desire so he marries her anyway.
Once the marriage matures the Muslim stops respecting her, and she comes to regret things later when she grows up a bit more (maybe reach 30 or 35) and realizes that her husband is close to a monster.
The ones that don't come to that realization become converts.
But if the husband still doesn't respect her after he conversion, then he is very willing to encourage her to become suicide bomber fodder.
Betcha $100 that the Belgian's Muslim husband is still alive.
