Screw 'em, they're going to label you anyway. Might as well fight back and have a chance of winning than lay down and accept it.

That's the conclusion I've reached - not only on FR but in day to day battles here in Arizona where the socialists and Communists try to label us all sorts of things.

Agreed. Taking a stand for what is right matters more than worrying about every possible name I can be called.

"This was an amazing action. No other judge had been voted down since 1969 when present law went into effect."

Dude, it was more amazing than that: No judge in the HISTORY OF PENNSYLVANIA HAS EVER BEEN VOTED DOWN!

At least that's my understanding, and I'm pretty sure I'm right.

Did you see the pictures of Nigro after he lost? Drunken-stupor-disbelief look. It was so easy to write a caption:

"Judge Nigro, voted out of office Tuesday, muttered, 'This wasn't supposed to happen. This is supposed to be my lifetime sinecure, and no one was ever supposed to question me. I'm 57, and planned for two or three more terms, so my pension and bennies can bankrupt a PA borough or two. What the hell'm I supposed to do now, call Edgar Snyder for a gig?"
