More than 60 Christian converts in northern India will be burned to death if they refuse to return to Hinduism by Sunday, a group of extremists has warned.
The radical Hindus severely beat the converts' pastor, Feroz Masih, in a Nov. 4 attack in the state of Himachal Pradesh, accusing him of "forcibly converting" Hindus, reported Compass Direct, a news service that monitors persecution of Christians.

Where are the law enforcement officials? Where is the Indian government? This cant be legal (Outside of muslim nations).
This isn't a movie, this is real. We in the United States have a very skewed and childish view of the religions of the world.
In order to prevent the "forced" conversion, they intend to "force" them to convert back. Christians will die a brutal death for their faith.
What, you think the makeup of humanity has changed that much from 2000 years ago? We are still the same people, we just have really cool technology. 50 years ago an entire country was happy to brutally murder jews because they were "different", and a "threat". Now an entire "enlightened" country is willing to kill a million babies a year, 98% of them for no reason other than they aren't "convenient".

It's real, it's "legal", and since this isn't the hollywood fiction of "my mother the President" nobody's going to send the marines in to save these people.
Missionaries live in fear of this throughout the world. And increasingly, people in THIS country fault not the evil in the world who would do this, but rather the "missionaries" for "sticking their nose" where it doesn't belong.
Like when the left was outraged at the poor christian girls who had been kidnapped by the Taliban, many suggesting the girls got what they deserved for trying to "push their evil religion" on others.
China is slaughtering christians as well, not that you will hear Bush say anything about it. We need to "trade" with them.
I don't particularly fault Bush, he might not even really know what is happening, because it is engrained in the government to look the other way, and probably doesn't show up on his briefings.
Yes, I know the Government sometimes kills Christians in communinst countries like china, and the muslim nations like saudia arabia, and others will to, but I am suprised to see the Indian Gov sit on their hands. They are neither muslim or communist, and often brag about their religous diversity.

Sorry. Sounds like fun killing all our enemies, but that isn't what we are called to do at this point in history.
When Hindu's see christians being burnt at the stake rather than renouncing their faith, it will be a testimony unlike anything you could say or do.
And what a contrast -- muslims blowing up innocent people, while christians are killed. Religion of Truth versus the "Religion of Peace (pieces)".
