"The official described Zarqawi as obsessed with striking back at the Jordanian Government, which imprisoned him for three years for extremist activities before releasing him as part of a general amnesty in 1999."

What's wrong with this picture???? Why do known terrorists and terror-sympathizers EVER get released? All the PC lovers of Guantanamo inmates also want to create many more Zarqawis for the world. The only question should be whether to execute or give life in prison. I'd opt for execution every time, but of course in our lib-PC-addled world it would be hard to execute even Bin Laden if he were captured.

On that basis alone, the Dems should shut up and get behind the war effort....

Why should they? The Dems, in fact, want us to lose.

In their polluted mind, that's their ticket to regaining power.

If nothing else she should be punished, and punished severely, by the fashion police! No wonder she wanted to kill herself if her man made her appear in public in THAT coat. Someone showing up at wedding reception in a coat like that when it's not all that cold outside should raise red flags.

"This captured, female, 'sicko' jihadist is going to spill the beans. She's already blaming her terrorist husband."

This b*tch needs to be tortured to within an inch of her life and then killed.

I agree, between the heavy Bowery reject winter coat and her moth eaten appearance a lot of red flags should have gone up. I wonder what her terrorist comrades were wearing to a wedding?

Unfortunately we need to pay close attention to how the jihadists go about their mass murders, just in case these deranged Mohammedan lunatics begin their monstrous crimes against innocent civilians in America.

Those above in terrorist bedsheets are the best case for testing the neutron bomb.

This captured Iraqi female terrorist made a big mistake in targeting fellow Muslims in Jordan. They will deal with her properly and hopefully wake up to the fact America is not their enemy, the Islamic jihadists are.

Should he have gone to war in Iraq? Should France have gone to war when Hitler re-occupied the Rheinland? I am sure that the French government hesitated because the French public would have refused to accept any French casualties, and even if the Germans WERE--as we know--rather lightly armed and under instruction to withdraw if confronted, there would have been bloodshed and the French government of the day would have fallen.

How do you get someone to strap on and wear a bomb belt without knowing it?

Cordially,

I think you might have missed my point. It has been widely discussed how compartmentalized AQ is. There will be people all up and down the line, each one responsible for only a very small part of the operation. The one who buys the tickets has no idea who put up the money for them, or who has chosen the people to take part in the attack. Sure she knew she was wearing a bomb and was going to die, but I would be quite surprised to learn that she knew who had made the bomb, where the explosives came from, who smuggled in into Jordan, etc.

Sorry if I wasn't clear in my earlier posts. Blame my fingers, they frequently out pace my aging brain!
