"This is the key point. I hope you're right, and it would really help matters if alternative religious leaders could emerge in Europe, and regain some moral authority."

It's not going to happen. The Christians I know in france are headed for the US. They won't stay and fight for what little is left of france.

Doesn't fit the Times script. France is a civilized country you know, so much better than America. If we had only listened to Chirac.... blah, blah, blah.

Which reminds me, it was the New York Times that printed the work of the francophile Joe Wilson. Francophile means a person who loves France, for you out there in Rio Linda.

Does Nostradamus prophecies include a rise to power of a great idiot named Chirac in his home country France, who will succumb to the Arab master? If not he should have.

bet the NY Times scumsuckers like Messrs. Krugman, Kristof, Freidman, et al are prob. freaking out right now, trying to find some way to blame this on W or else change the subject.

They already have: The beurs are rioting because the U.S. is in Iraq.

A French counter-terrorism spokesman offered this wisdom yesterday. The NY Times was quick with a "Right on!"

Well said.

The truth is that Muslims use a "good cop-bad cop" approach, coupled with incrementalism.

The bad guys torch, kill, bomb, murder; then the attacked appeal to the so-called moderate Muslims (their version of the good guys), to call for restraint.

The so-called moderates then leverage the situation to get the ones attacked to give up something Islam demands. This method of incrementally wearing down their enemies makes it difficult for nations Muslims are seeking to overtake because it requires a step back to perceive what is going on. Toss in liberalism and leftists acting as provocateurs, and it becomes exceedingly difficult.

It is a process that is working for them, and until the West ceases to concede anything, will continue to work.

It is probably too late for France, and possibly Germany.

You are so right. If we had rioting in even one US city, it would immediately be credited to 'a President in crisis'.

Only it wouldn't be the same here. Americans would start shooting the mf's. Which would horrify the MSM even more.

Maybe the Slimes will claim the rioters were fired up again by Bush's tough speech against his detractors. I'm sure they'll come up with a way to link the two. The minute the "yoots" heard Kennedy singled out for criticism, they decided to take to the streets again.

17 days, can you imagine what MSM would be doing to Bush with 300 cities burning?

Thursday 8 September 2005

Philippe Grangereau in France’s Liberation said: “Bush is completely out of his depth in this disaster. Katrina has revealed America's weaknesses: its racial divisions, the poverty of those left behind by its society, and especially its president's lack of leadership.”

Le Monde credits the hurricane with highlighting “the country’s social inequalities”. It says: “Despite the economic and military strength it is prepared to deploy overseas, the United States has shown itself incapable of dealing with a catastrophe of this scale at home.”

I feel really sorry for France. The riots suck but, more importantly, how many possible ways are there to prepare crow?

Face it ...the part of the US that proclaims to be anti-Bush is just anti-Christian.

Yes. Look at the Left, and you see the spirit of the antichrist in action. The lies, the embracing of sin under the guise of "freedom", the promises of a false utopia... These are no different from the apple the serpent offered to Eve. And the "utopia" the global Left wishes to create is nothing more than Satan's response to the Kingdom offered by Christ.

The global Left literally fights to keep Satan in power on the earth, to prevent his expulsion from here as he was expelled from Heaven, for they have rejected the Kingdom and have no place in it. They are his insurgents.

And they hate Bush simply because they hate Christ. "If the world hates you, it is because they hated ME first."

The first week I would have agreed with you on the crow angle but now it's just a matter of how this will effect US security.

Think nukes in the hands of franco-eurabia.

This is the key point. I hope you're right, and it would really help matters if alternative religious leaders could emerge in Europe, and regain some moral authority.

Europe is being set up to receive the antichrist, and they will bow at his feet when he swoops in to resolve all the problems and establish "peace". It may happen tomorrow, or a hundred years from now... but that is where they're headed.

In Carpentras, two fire bombs were hurled at a mosque...

Hmmm. Don't understand that at all.

Wounded Chirac ‘losing grip’

The only "grip" Jockstrap Chirac ever had was on part of Kofi Annan's anatomy.

That's kinda what I was afraid of. I think there is only one logical end to that track.

Imagine a scenario where some terrorist attempts to blackmail a Euro loser like Chirac with the threat of a WMD attack unless signifcant "concessions" are made.

It's just a matter of time.
