Actually there was another article in today's Blade covering the same issue, only talking about how much better gerrymandering has gotten since software was developed to help.
In CA & OH, pretty impressive actually.

Obviously you're illiterate. If you could read through the other replies, I stated TWO times that it was NOT independent & copied the text from the actual amendment that explained how it was NOT independent.
