I forgot what year it was, but didn't they have a 1-15 record? I remember seeing a picture of fans with paper bags on them that said "New Orleans Aints".
Re. your point about free parking- just to put an ironic humorous twist to things.
New Orleans is begging its citizens to come back, right? Over 75% of the city is unihabitable, but what the hell! Come on back, we need $$.
So what is one of the FIRST aspect of city government that is up and running already???

Writing tickets on Canal St/CBD area and having the cars of the people who HAVE come back TOWED!
