I admit I haven't read this yet, am bookmarking it. Just saw it now, and want to catch it before I lose it! But it looks highly insightful and very useful for understanding what the First Amendment really means.

Someone earlier had a link to the molester in questions blog.
Disturbing to the say the least.
My wife used to teach in a middle school while we were dating. I would occasionally come by for lunch. Some of the teachers where dressed like they were heading to the bars to pick up men. While I thought that kind of odd then, I now wonder if they were trolling the hallways.
