I think we saw the real feelings of the President when he decided we were going to war with Iraq where the UN is concerned. The Bush bashers are reaching more and more now and getting ridiculous.

I think many Americans have just about forgotten the UN and its dangers. Twenty-five years ago "far righties" were out distributing "Get US Out of the UN" bumper stickers and circulating petitions with that theme. Drat, I'm aging myself again.

Seems to me he's providing a good deal of ammunition. Or does saying that make me a Bush basher?

Since my previous post, I see we can add James Pinkerton to your villains' list.
Man, you are busy.

"It is the sacred principles enshrined in the UN Charter to which we will henceforth pledge our allegiance." - President George H.W. Bush, speech before the UN, February 1, 1992. The apple don't fall too far from the tree. Like father, like son. I'm sure that daddy trained W to swear an allegiance to the U.N. Too. I REALLY resent W using OUR tax dollars to fund any terrorist organization like the U.N. is. I would have to say that W has been one of the biggest disappoints I've had in a very long time.

Included you purely for informational purposes, which I should have made clearer obviously, and abjectly apologize for offending you.
