I'm surprised the UP of Michigan is blue. This is a state by state map not a county by county map.
Still it shows a big majority of the states voting for the Republican candidate. A constitutional amendment repealing the 22nd amendment would have to be ratified by 3/4'ths of the states. That is 38 out of 50 states.
Kerry carried only 19 (half the number necessary to ratify a constitutional amendment) out of 50 states plus the District of Columbia. Bush carried 31 out of 50 states. The District of Columbia has no voting representation in Congress and they have no vote on ratifying constitutional amendments. Assuming a catastrophe and such a constitutional amendment were to get a 2/3'rds vote in both the House and Senate and every single state that voted for Kerry were to vote to ratify, 2/3'rds of the states that voted for Bush would have to vote for ratification too. That isn't going to happen.

I will NEVER forget when Babs spent the night at the White House, Hillary was out of town visiting her dying father, and the next morning Clinton had HUGE, LONG, SCRATCHES on his face!! He first said he did it while shaving, then he said the cat did it, them Chelsea and he were wrestling....when it was babsie's long, manicured nails during some kind of sex. YUK.

.....So impressed was Streisand that she suggested America change the Constitution to allow him to run again for the White House. ....That's what Russians are asking for Putin.
Maybe Clinton can run as Putin's VP and Babs can move there and live in progressive heaven.
