Why doesn't Carter just send his endorsements before the election and save the airfare? It would be just as credible as what he's doing now.

Isn't it funny how past democratic Presidents are still trying to "fix the world" when they did so little while in office.

It is like they admit they were failure, have nightmares, and are trying to right a wrong.

So who made him ruler of the world? Why does this has-been continue to spout his opinions on issues around the world and then act like "I have spoken, so it shall be"?

" A giant, dour and utterly ineffectual but totally offensive hemmorhoid wrapped in a cardigan sweater, turning the thermostat down in winter and up in summer (why he would have a thermostat in his rowboat is a question for another time), traveling in a rowboat, on a pond, being chased by an amphibious swimming rabbit, Jimmuh Cahtuh was and is the all time poster boy for what no president must be.
Did someone die and leave the peanut putz to decide wqhicxh elections were honest elsewhere?????

One more reason for loving Ronald Reagan is that he ended the four-year embarassment and futility that was the Cahtuh regime (1977-1981).

With the hemorrhoidal departure, we also were rid of Miz Lillian, daughter Amy the nuclear weapons advisor, the Iron Magnolia, Cousin Weird, the Spahn family jailbirds, pro-aborts posing as Southerners, "Ah have seen the pyramids," Brother Billy on Libya's payroll and "Billy Beer" (Ah'm sorry, suh, our lab tests indicate that yoah weasel is dead). "

One of the greatest posts I have ever read on this forum . Have you read William Burroughs by any chance ?

Thanks for your kind words.

I have not read Burroughs. Who is/was he? What did he write?

Where was Jimmah Cahtuh when the Iraqis were voting and waving their ink-stained fingers? I figured he would be right there, poking his self-righteous nose where it didn't belong. He evidently realized there was no dictator's bum for him to kiss, and he decided to take a pass.

Yes, 50 observers are enough to tell if the election was fair and honest, in a country of over 65 million people, more than 200 languages, and a territorial extent greater than Texas and California combined.

Jimmah must have quite a nest egg, considering how many times he's been bought off!

I truly believe that Carter was the worst president in United states history.

We are still trying to recover from his legacy.
