i) Do not be subject to constant stress. It's a killer.
ii) Drink lots of water. Most people are dehydrated, and that is not exactly a health salve at the cellular level.
iii) Watch what you eat (and i am not talking about calories quantity but nutritive quality of food). Many people kill themselves one bite at a time.
iv) Be happy
v) love and be loved.
According to the genealogy in Genesis 5, Adam died after Lamech was born to Methuselah, but before Noah was born to Lamech.
With that combination I'll live forever (or die trying)!
