Free advice from spetznaz on how to live longer, and better:

i) Do not be subject to constant stress. It's a killer.

ii) Drink lots of water. Most people are dehydrated, and that is not exactly a health salve at the cellular level.

iii) Watch what you eat (and i am not talking about calories quantity but nutritive quality of food). Many people kill themselves one bite at a time.

iv) Be happy

v) love and be loved.
