Heard this guy on the radio this morning ranting about weather terrorism. Sounds crazy, IMO. Weather Wars

I don't know about doing it remotely, say firing a "wave" in Syria and having a volcano blow up in the middle of the US, but triggering seismic events through wave frequencies is not an unheard-of theory..

I think the guy is a nut. This same theory has been around for 50 years. Imagine the energy input required to affect weather changes? Who could concentrate enough in one location that would avoid detection? Perhaps a sizeable hydrogen bomb would be sufficient to incite a volcanic eruption?

"Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.

If you can generate and concentrate over the horizon electromagnetic waves of sufficient energy to set off volcanoes and earthquakes then you can use that beam itself as a weapon.

This guy was on Rusty Humphrey's show last night...for a minute I thought it was an Art Bell show. Apparently, he believes that the Yakuza is working with the KGB and that they are using North America as a testing ground for these "giant scalars and interferometers"...which are used to create hurricanes. He also mentioned that the US was a target because the Yaks are still ticked at us about the A-bomb drop. While I may be able to except the articial creation of clouds, he lost me when he started talking about the ability to control the movement of these hurricanes.

From his web site...

"I am just the first of a very bright group of individuals who have to look at information that is of varying reliability and quality on a day to day basis, draw conclusions from that data, then present those conclusions of that data to very large audiences."

Here's the super secret interface, I used to use it on my Commodore 64 to wreak havoc on my enemies.

Wow, back in 2005, there were warnings about weather warfare? I’d not heard of the link before now, thanks.
