He's incredibly frustrated because all of those people, many of them infants and children, on that overpass,have not yet been helped.
How would any of us feel standing there for two days watching babies that are sick from the heat and dehydration? and even police officers won't give these people gathered there instructions on where to go and what to do? One cop he was trying to talk to wouldn;t even look at him .... kept walking with video camera in hand -- wanted to take pictures -- or something like that is what he mumbled...
