Somewhere in Justice (if they weren't destroyed in the final days of 2002) are the background memos to Reno and Gorelick drawing the picture of WHY the wall needed to be erected.

None of these appear in the 9/11 report and I suspect that they will surface in 2007 to further show the craven intentions of the Clinton Administration and the loony left interest groups who pushed hard while they could to hobble this country.
